I love my 2021 GMC Denali 2500HD. I have gotten more complements on this truck than any other vehicle that I have owned. I get great highway fuel milage average 19-26mpg,which is great for a heavy duty truck!

Not proud of myself for what I put Desiree and Skye through. Lol Here is short version. I use my truck for work and it was just purchased a month ago. First week I lost a/c unit while in Az. I was able to get fix at dealership before anyone knew of a recall on a/c compressors. Now I’m in Texas 5 days later and it broke again. Now I’m extremely pissed off. I paid 140k for a new truck and now this. I took to where I bought my great truck at coconut point ford. I met Skye and Desiree after out call. These ladies are extremely good with their customers. They both had me at calmed down and laughing about a cheap product Ford company stuck in my truck. They explained so much regarding how much work is needed to get this job done with the right parts. Unfortunately due to damage that defected compressor. The sent me pictures. Communication was awesome and I have to say this diesel truck service dept. and their mechanics are top notch. I will only take my truck to them moving forward. If you want transparency, then come here for service. Finally. Considering the extensive damage that was caused, they had my truck back in a great time frame. Thank you Coconut point ford diesel service dept.

So far so good! This truck is the nicest truck I have ever driven. The stance, ride comfort and options are top notch. I went from a 2023 High Country that was having drive train issues but had all the creature comforts that you would expect in a top of the line truck. With the lack of confidence in that particular models 10 speed transmission issues, it became necessary to reestablish my confidence in my General Motors product.

This truck is the truck that all others should look up to. It rides great, will tow a house, runs smooth, and gets great fuel economy. The Allison transmission is so smooth. The AT4 looks great too.

I've owned every other American truck and this is my first GMC. I bought the 2500 HD Texas Edition. I absolutely love this truck. It's everything I could have hoped for and more. It is able to pull my 30' travel trailer with no problems. So now when we go out with our trailer I'll have no worries. The look and feel of the truck is outstanding. The 6.6L gas engine actually gets great gas mileage. It gets about the same as my Ford f150 ecoboost. Probably better on the highway. Looking at about 13 miles in the city and 15 plus on the highway. Definitely got a better truck for the price compared to any other american models with the same characteristic and options.

Recently I brought in my 2022 Yukon because of a lifter failure. That being said Doug Peavey took care of me from the moment I went it until I picked up my truck. he kept me informed, the repair was performed, and my truck was returned to me the way I dropped it off. First , I bought gas 6.0 , the diesels are great if you have serious towing needs. You just need to realize no matter how well you maintain a diesel it will at some point have an expensive repair. I've had my truck about 12 years. Regular maintenance , a few batteries , couple sets of tires and a MAF sensor. I tow a couple different trailers and the heaviest is less than 10k loaded. Towing , zero issues , no band aids , no overloads , no equalizing hitch , no sway control. Simply not needed. Drives amazing, stops great, Roughly 10 to 12 MPG towing. Unloaded driving at 60 / 65 on cruise solid 15 to 16 MPG. Yes , it won't pul the hills like a diesel but thats a small price to pay for an absolutely amazing truck. I want a new truck in the worst way but just can't part with this truck. A very good truck if you find a clean well maintained one.

I paid over $106,000 for this truck with warranty. Do not care much about miles per gal. at that that price range. Just too much truck for me at my age.

What a gorgeous truck, runs good, sounds good and has all of the amenities I need although I am looking forward to their next interior upgrade.
