He told me the history of the vehicle, the condition was amazing when I arrived, we signed the paperwork and I was on my way with a quick stop across the street to an excellent Mexican restaurant he recommended. Purchased a used luxury vehicle about 4 years ago. I was not looking for this Cadillac SRX but it was in mint condition, and the price was below similar less premium vehicles I found elsewhere. I've had NO issues with this vehicle. Regular maintenance amounted to oil changes only. I have taken it in for service just to have overall checkups more than once. ALWAYS, EACH TIME I was told everything is just fine. This vehicle seems to be flawless. It was the deal of a lifetime for me. I never considered purchasing a Cadillac before because I didn't realize that they could be so affordable. I am not thinking of anything less now, and I know when the time comes, I'll go right back to see what Tapp Motors has to offer on their lot. I hope this car dealership never disappears. I have nothing negative to report.

I have been extremely impressed and amazed by the integrity demonstrated by Matt Tucker. The entire process of purchasing a vehicle was conducted remotely—from my home in Texas while Matt is in Alabama—via phone, text, and email. The transaction was seamless: the truck was shipped and arrived in perfect condition, and all title documentation was correct. What truly impressed me was the follow-through. A week after the sale was finalized, the truck developed a major mechanical issue. Without any haggling or avoidance ("not my problem"), Matt immediately took full responsibility and ensured the problem was resolved, simply by doing the right thing. I highly recommend his services and give this experience five stars, plus a few more if possible.
