2021 GMC Sierra 3500 review
Has a really Big feel to it. I currently use mine to pull gooseneck trailer. I haven't had a load yet that I couldn't pull. The downsides to this truck is to me I feel it could get better fuel mileage. Also I had trouble with #4 injector...dealership replaced it. Now my AC doesn't work all the time. Although it sounds like it's blowing it isn't.

2018 GMC Sierra 3500 review
An overall nice truck but for a person at my size(5,11) the mirrors and posts really block the view. My tinted windows really amplify the problem. The hood also takes a bit of room for a short person. Its a comfortable ride and works well in my line of work in excavation. The sound muffler in the hood makes you think something is wrong but apparently its not.

2020 GMC Sierra 3500 review
Great vehicle for pulling my fifth wheel RV which weighs around 20,000 pounds. This dually truck pulls the RV very nicely without any significant strain on the engine or the transmission. However, like all of today's diesel engines there are 4 different system of emissions on this truck. Each one of these emission systems has sensors associated with them. If one of these sensors goes bad the truck will not perform optimally and sometimes it will go into the limp mode. Unfortunately this is not unique to GMC trucks. All manufacturers are battling this system. Also, I have had to take the truck to the dealer for computer upgrades in order to improve performance. I wish these upgrades could be performed on line (through wifi or with my own phone service). It sure would make things a lot simpler and improve the through put of the dealers who are already strained because of the limited number of available diesel mechanics.

2024 GMC Sierra 3500 review
This review is for a two week old truck. I have been trying to get a 3500HD AT4, gas engine, 8 foot bed, 5th wheel prep, in blue for over a year (almost 2). My dealer finally received an allocation and I was off for the build!! However, when my build order was sent to me the color had defaulted to black (blue was discontinued for 2024) and the only way to change it was to cancel and start over.....so black it is!! The truck is gorgeous and much larger than I thought! I am pleased with both exterior styling and the 2024 interior refesh. My only complaint is the seats, they are a bit firm.....still comfy....but firm. The GM sunroof is small, so small I passed on the option. Mechanically this truck is a pretty sound design. Another 50hp for the 6.6L gas engine would be nice, but 401hp is pretty decent. A PTO offering in the up level trims would be nice, as would a larger/dual fuel tank option is needed (GM is the only one that doesn't offer one), and a factory level in the front, and while I am dreaming a front locking differential. GM could up thier paint game, when approaching 90k I expect better paint. Value wise it is as good if not better than the rest of the over priced trucks on the market. Rumor is 20K per unit on average goes to the UAW pension, that's why your 50k truck costs 70k. In closing I have zero regrets other than the color, but I needed it immediately so here I am.

2015 GMC Sierra 3500 review
Best truck I have ever owned. Used to tow a heavy RV. Wonderful comfortable ride. Highly recommended this truck. I drive it as my primary vehicle.

Cavender Ford review
Overall experience was good in purchasing a new truck in May 2025. Carlos Conejo, Service Advisor, was excellent in facilitating the repair process after almost 5 weeks working with sales person and her boss. Once Carlos got involved in our situation there were phones calls and arrangements were made to repair our truck immediately. He was able to get me a loaner car. Originally I was told by Joel(don’t know his title) that I would have to wait in his showroom all day and wait for my truck to be repaired. I knew that was not going to happen, and was called by Carlos to tell us that we would have a loaner car. Our truck was ready the next afternoon and probably 4 phone calls from Carlos with updates about the repairs. Also met with GM Reggie Ford and voiced our concerns about the lack of communication in those 5 weeks. Mr.Ford was very intent on listening to us about our conversations with his car dealership and was so professional in doing so. Left his office with better feelings than before. Thank you Mr. Ford and Carlos Sue and James Gurka

Helfman Ford - Stafford review
I prefer not to go onto dealership and purchase a car, never found it to be a pleasant experience, however this was different. I had an appointment with Jaime Huezo, he had the car bought around for my inspection, settled on a price and the process was over in a matter of minutes. It was the easiest car experience I've experienced.
