I spent a couple of weeks searching online for just the right Cadillac at just the right price and my patients paid off when I found Arnie Bauer Cadillac, and Rowland Laird. Rowland made the entire process, smooth and simple. He had the car detailed and inspected and ready for me when I arrive for the test drive, and was very helpful and professional the entire time. The finance department was very helpful and made it simple to work with my credit union to complete the purchase. The service shop diagnosed and repaired my vehicle quickly within the week. Very satisfied with my service. I would recommend this professional shop. A good repair facility is rare.

Dave and the rest of the staff were amazing. When I first came in, my intention was solely to look at a bunch of different dealers and see what I liked. Even with just looking, Dave gave me the same attention as if I were buying that day without being too pushy to buy.
