I open up this review with a smile on my face. When I arrived and heading to the showroom, I was met by a person with a very warm and energetic greeting, Sales Specialist, Elia Secretary, a Professional Gentleman in so many ways. I can tell from the tone of his voice and his handshake that he was determined to make my experience a worthy one. I never felt like I belonged as I did at SUNRISE CHEVROLET. Although, I did get a formal invitation to come in and view a new and special vehicle by their Internet Sales Manager, Patricia Wales, but, Sales Specialist, Elias Secretary made the trip worthwhile. I never thought it would be so inviting as it was to step into a well tuned and comfortable environment as it was there at 414 E. North Ave. Glendale Heights. IL. 60139. And sitting at the desk as I waited for my finale results, I could hear conversations of the(Manager)Wizard behind the curtain as he orchestrated every step until everything came together. I contacted Christopher over the phone based on his excellent reviews and set up an appointment and from that point forward I was extremely impressed with Christopher's communication, honesty, product knowledge and professionalism. On the second contact both my daughter and her husband were able to be there and they too were very impressed and satisfied and they purchased the vehicle. Christopher is very detailed to make sure all steps of the purchase and delivery process were completed including a tour of the dealership service department and introduction with the Service Manager and Service Advisor. All other employees we encountered at the dealership were also very friendly and efficient - finance, sales manager, cashier and other sales staff. Felt welcome as I entered the door. Staff was available and when I asked for the sales person that I had been communicating with, salesperson was waiting.

Dealt with this CarMax dealer over the phone and email. Tried to negotiate a price based on other dealers in the area for the same vehicle and was told that the price listed was the price you pay!
