I recently went in for an oil. Changed. Taylor was my service agent. She has been wonderful in the past and she did not disappoint. Today. She noticed that the rear wiper was missing from the car, something which I had neglected to mention. It had come off during a visit to a car wash. It took a while due to Nissan. The dealership was great. No pressure type of approach. They do add on 3k for “accessories” that you don’t have the option on. They made up for it by offering more on my trade in. Everything was reasonable. Due to the length of time the sales manager gave us a $50 gift card and a free gas up when we stop by later this week. All good people here.

Brought my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport in for an oil change and to get my hood looked at since two of the bolts came out. Thankfully they had one bolt on hand that matched the bolts needed to secure the hood and replaced it for me at no cost. They also gave me a complimentary wash on all my windows. Very reasonable price for the oil change and made me feel like they went above and beyond to take care of the car. It was a pleasant surprise seeing clean windows on my car as I have a GSD who likes to put her face on all my windows. Very friendly and professional service team. Highly recommend Ziegler Hyundai of Racine and will be coming here for oil changes moving forward.
