This is a very beautifu vehicle, very dependable but the gas mileage could be better. With all of the new technology, it is somewhat difficult to remember all of the various control panel options. Also the owner’s manual is very skimpy.

Heidi went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved! I purchased a pre owned vehicle and the battery needed replacing within 90 days and she made sure it was resolved and I was happy. Totally had a great buying experience too working with John Sinovic.

Went for a tire repair and fill back up with nitrogen. Did not have an appointment but was in and out in a hour. Awesome!!!!

My review is for Jimmy Carpenter specifically! Let me just say, I am always wary with buying a new car / working with a dealership. I feel like they always try to upsell you and make the most money off of you - which to an extend I completely understand, it is a business after all. However, Jimmy I believe truly had our best interest at heart trying to work out a deal. He worked with us and tried and tried to get us our dream car, gave me advice on how to get the most for our trade ins, and I truly believe he wanted the best for us. I really hope to work with him in the future, and I would recommend Jimmy to anyone needing a car. I don't believe it is the norm to say you trust the person selling you a car, but I really did! Jimmy was so transparent, kind, and understanding on what we needed and what he could do for us and I truly appreciated it.

We have FINALLY found OUR dealership! The entire process was a welcomed change, Thank You! We never felt pressured, stressed or had others expectations weighing in on our decision. Chevis was our salesman, he worked for us to get what we wanted at the price we needed, without his effort our new AT4 wouldn't have been a reality. Alicia in the business office was as down to earth and chill as you could ask for. She didn't pressure us at all, let alone hound and demand like my other experiences with final documentation process of vehicle buying. The GM, made time to get to know us and made sure our deal was enjoyable. All in all, in the future, we will drive hours to this dealership for the service, product knowledge, and professionalism.

Roberts Robinson Chevrolet Buick GMC Hands down.... The finest bunch of people I have ever had the opportunity to work with when it comes to their sales and service. Not only did they have to repair a recent rift I had with other car salesmen in general, and a shotgunned credit app not days before, but they gained my confidence in the process, fully explained every aspect of the purchase, worked out details, options, and warranties, and wrapped up my loan in exactly the way I hoped they would. I recieved what I paid for and then some. They gave me a FANTASTIC trade in value for my Rouge, found something in my Wants vs. Needs category, and treated me like more than a lady and a customer, they treated me like an OWNER. Aaaaand then came time for the fastest in and out inspection process you have ever seen. When it comes to service, everything has been on point, and when I did have a break down and needed to use my warranty, they were SPOT ON. Everything was spectacularly clean, the people were friendly, again, treated like more than a customer. I WAS AN OWNER. They even helped me arrange all of the assistance I needed to get back and forth from the shop to the Good Samaritan, kept me cool with refreshments while I waited, and had a bad starter fixed in less than 24 hours of it coming in on a tow truck. Aaaaaand then the first oil change and rotation, which was a great deal less money than I expected to pay. I'm also working out a few kinks in the truck and the service AND the sales department went waaay out of their way to get these fixed for me. Had a very good experience. Julio, our salesperson, was very personable and didn’t pressure at all. If I had it to do again I probably wouldn’t have purchased the extended warranty. I did find a problem with the passenger side sun visor but we will see if they can help me out with it. I love the vehicle.

I've dealt with better. Not completely negative of an experience. Not the best either. Their service dept seems to be slacking. How do you put a car on a lot for sale with a check engine light on? I can see when it was last cleared. Not very long before I bought it. Salesman trying to tell me the engine isn't getting up to temp because it's cold outside. No. It's a bad thermostat. Headlight wasn't plugged in. And WAAAAY out of alignment. Their cars are supposedly looked over with a xx point safety check. I doubt that. Looked over, cleared codes, topped up fluids. Put an oil change sticker on the window. But did they really? It looks clean so I assume so. The detailers did a FANTASTIC job!! This car was super clean!!

I was absolutely satisfied and impressed with the whole process, but Matt Cross was WONDERFUL to work with through the whole process. He kept in regular contact as I had a unique situation with my trade-in car and he had to wait on me for several days. Chad Cross was also great to work with through the financing. I was greeted at the door every time I came in. I was just so impressed by the overall buying process.
