This is a very beautifu vehicle, very dependable but the gas mileage could be better. With all of the new technology, it is somewhat difficult to remember all of the various control panel options. Also the owner’s manual is very skimpy.

I was traveling across country from the East Coast to the West. I had severe brake issues on my 2016 Expedition. With all my gear, my son and my service dog I approached the service manager with my problem. He was extremely professional and offered to take a look, but could not promise work, as they were already booked for the day. After taking a look, they found the issue was a recall concern and covered all the repair on their dime. Best of all, they did the work that day and had me back on my way in 5 hours, thus saving me hotel bills and added stress. Throughout the repair, I was informed of progress and treated like a VIP. In addition, their spaces were organized and extremely clean of debris and clutter. I have never had such service in any dealership in all the 45 years I’ve been driving. I had a great experience, saw the truck on Saturday night, drove from PA to Ohio on Monday to get it. Steve (Coach) already had the tank filled and cleaned before I arrived. I have been treated fairly, with respect, and both times I felt like I got an amazing deal. I care so much about the safety of what I drive and this has been really important while purchasing and maintaining my vehicles. I have gotten my vehicles serviced at Toth for the last 6 years. They never over sell me and they always make sure to keep me and my growing family in mind (and both SUV’s also keep me looking good, too). Sometimes you hear about gender stereotypes and how a woman is treated going in to purchase cars and I’ve actually experienced that at other dealerships, but Toth makes me feel like part of the family and I’m proud to support a family owned business.
