I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

One of the most attractive looking t cars GMC has ever designed. Looks just like a Lexus. Extremely roomy. Love every aspect of my Terrain.

The GMC Terrain is a very dependable auto that I have had no issues. The model is the AT4, which has the headsup display. Interior is nice with leather and all the electronics options.

To be honest, this SUV impressed me with the great performance even with the small 1.5 liter engine, and huge space inside, it rides like a bigger vehicle, very responsive on the highway and very quiet cabin. My wife really liked it.

I spoke with Tra Farrow recently at the Alton IL. Location. I was completely honest with him. He ask where I was thinking I wanted my payment to be monthly. I give him my response. I was buying a pre owned vehicle. I bought a Dodge Ram regular cab. He also was completely honest, respectful, of my request. He said he would see what he could do. After talking it was clear that we could complete the sale. I have always purchased my vehicles from private owners. This is the first time I used a dealership. I have this dealership and Tray a five star rating. While I realize it is difficult to get it give a business a five star rating. It was easy to give them the best possible rating. Everyone whom I came into contact with during my visit was outstanding. I was overwhelmed at how easy it was. This business could not have done anymore to change my opinion of dealerships. Our 2021 Terrain SLT is really a nice auto. Gets great 30 MPG approximately, But, 0 to 60 is lacking horsepower. Great Little highway auto. Comfortable.....

I was looking at buying a 2014 Toyota Corolla and Willie was the 1st person I talked to at the dealership. There was absolutely no pressure from the start of the conversation to even buy the vehicle. Before we even talked about anything sales wise he recommended that I take a look at the car and test drive it before anything to make sure it was everything I wanted. Even during the test drive, we didn't talk about buying the car, it was just a normal conversion. After test driving the vehicle I needed to think about it and even then Willie never tried to keep me at the dealership to try and buy the car. He followed up with me a few days later to see how everything was going and even put the car on hold for me so no one else would take it/buy it. I ended up not buying the vehicle this time, after thinking about it for a few days. The customer service I received and the atmosphere that, i'd have to say Willie created, was Fantastic and would highly recommend asking for him if you are looking for a car. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received, and will be going back to him towards the end of the year to then purchase a vehicle.

Taking a 12-year-old CTS Sport Wagon to a Cadilllac dealership for service tends to make one brace oneself for the onslaught of potential sales pitch that naturally occurs when an older model comes in for service and the dealership is in the business of selling brand new ones. To my pleasant surprise the approach was quite the opposite and Terry, along with members of the sales staff, all seemed genuinely happy to provide service work without the sales pitch. The work was completed quickly and the car remains the reliable and fun-to-drive car that has been a testament to the make's time-honored claim as "Standard of the World". Even when I mentioned that a new Cadillac might be in the cards someday, the staff was happy to know they were helping keep one of the most iconic models that Cadillac has produced in recent years on the road. Thank you, Terry and the staff who worked diligently to get my car repaired and back to me well within the time frame that had been promised.
