I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

Receptionist was experienced and cordial. Waiting area clean but a bit chilly. Impressed by the mechanic service video I received while seated in the waiting area.

READ PLEASE I love my Terrain. DO NOT get the 1.5 L. My engine has barely made it over 100,000 I have had $6k of repairs in less than a year. Things keep going wrong now. I had NO issues before. Catalytic converter went out 75-85k miles. My turbo was just replaced. Just beware of this type of engine… every mechanic that worked on it shared this is not uncommon for this type. I would definitely get another terrain but not the 1.5!

2012 Ford Focus SEL sedan 49134miles.. had a check engine light P1450 code turned out to be a warranty part purge valve repair. They took my car in on scheduled apptmt and had the car back to me with in 1.5hrs.. Everyone was awesome with me even though I was a lil scared that the whole evap systems was gonna need to be replaced.. Everyone was kind and generous and beautifully loving with me. I have owned my Terrain for 3 months now, and am absolutely in love with it. Super smooth, great pick up, and I get a lot of complements on both the exterior and interior design. I average 26.3 MPG city and highway combined, which is not bad considering I live in Florida so my AC is never off in the car.

What a pleasure they made buying a car, my experience was so splendid they I will come back and I plan on staying for life.

The GMC Terrain is a very dependable auto that I have had no issues. The model is the AT4, which has the headsup display. Interior is nice with leather and all the electronics options.

In all the years I've been buying cars, I've never had such a pleasant experience. Mark was kind and took time to explain everything and worked with me to get the vehicle I wanted. He was very patient and also provided much laughter easing my tension. I would definitely recommend him and James Martin Chevrolet to anyone interested in buying a car.

I had my 2020 Terrain for 5 years before I had any major issues out of it. My brake booster needed replaced. After about a month of it being out the shop someone hit and totaled it. Very sad day. I love my Terrain

Our 2021 Terrain SLT is really a nice auto. Gets great 30 MPG approximately, But, 0 to 60 is lacking horsepower. Great Little highway auto. Comfortable.....

To be honest, this SUV impressed me with the great performance even with the small 1.5 liter engine, and huge space inside, it rides like a bigger vehicle, very responsive on the highway and very quiet cabin. My wife really liked it.
