The GMC Terrain is a very dependable auto that I have had no issues. The model is the AT4, which has the headsup display. Interior is nice with leather and all the electronics options.

I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

My wife arranged the sale over the phone and email. The entire car buying process was made easy by the professionals at Boucher headed up by Mr. Zylka. I flew into Madison and was picked up by "Jim" who really set the bar for the day by picking me up on time, being personable and one of the safest drivers I've ever seen. Once at the dealership I was met by Mr. Hacker who warmly welcomed me and immediately felt like a friend. Throughout the time I spent at Boucher Mr. Hacker exemplified the quality "stellar" he's the kind of guy who doesn't aim for great - he aims to be exemplary. Mr. Hacker ensured I had a place to put my bag and we went to see the car we'd bought. It had been brought into the building and was literally spotless. I bought a 2022 Certified Pre-Owned Cadillac and it looked as if it had just rolled off the line - not even a speck of dust. After seeing the car I was taken to see Mr. Samy the finance manager. I've bought a car or two and this was the part I was expecting some pressure to purchase some additional protection package or have the numbers previously agreed to change somehow. I could not have been more wrong. Mr. Samy made the paperwork end of the process enjoyable. I was offered add ons to the purchase, but all I had to say was "no" and that was the end of it - no pressure whatsoever. All the numbers previously agreed to were accurately reflected on the purchase contract. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole paperwork end of this process and that's because of the friendly attitude and professionalism of Mr. Samy. Once the paperwork was complete, the car was out front and Mr. Hacker took over an hour with me explaining all the new features of the car I was about to drive 16 hours back home. He was knowledgeable, patient and thorough in his explanations. It seems un-needed, but I hadn't ever sat in the driver's seat of a car with all the technology this car has. I don't need to sing the praises of Cadillac - you either appreciate them or you don't. I do sing praises for Boucher Cadillac and I wouldn't do it if I didn't mean it. The place is full of friendly, happy professionals and if you are going to buy a Cadillac, you will enjoy the experience at Boucher Cadillac - even if you buy from out of state and have to drive 16 hours back :)

We traded in our 2019 Buick Encore for this Terrain. Let's just say WOW on the room and comfort. We travel back and forth from NC to Ohio as family lives in both States. Well the Encore was nice on gas but not comfortable on long trips at all. This has great leg room (heated seats (both back and bottom) and this is a game changer for me with my arthritis. The cameras in this car are awesome. You can see clearly what is behind you when backing up. The lane assist will give you a little buzz in the seat on the side you have drifted too or if you are getting too close to an object or person when backing up. Nice cargo area. The back seat can also handle 3 adults with enough leg room. It's very comfy back there, I road in the back on the test drive since I sometimes sit in the back on trips so I can n change positions more. The 15 inch info center is impressive for sure. Still learning how to use it. If you want comfort in a nice looking SUV this is the one for you.

Malvin and Brandon and all we interacted with were extremely nice. Malvin, our sales agent was helpful with information about the car and getting us through the process. Brandon was able to help with financing. Our 6-month-old was with us the entire time, which took about 4.5 hours, so if I have any negative feedback, it is that the process took a VERY long time. We were extremely happy with our service, and give your boy Malvin a raise!

We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

We leased a 2021 Kia Seltos thru Dennis Cardinal. This is actually the second time we leased from him. The first vehicle was a Kia Soul. Both were excelent experiences.

25 000 miles on it so far No issues at all Power is fine Bluetooth is terrible Memory seats need work Lumbar is a bad design

I have owned my Terrain for 3 months now, and am absolutely in love with it. Super smooth, great pick up, and I get a lot of complements on both the exterior and interior design. I average 26.3 MPG city and highway combined, which is not bad considering I live in Florida so my AC is never off in the car.

I stopped in Griffin Ford to look at a used truck. I had the pleasure of meeting Scott Sajewcka with the sales team. Scott was very personable and he had tons of knowledge about Ford trucks. He was very interested in helping me find the exact truck that would fit my needs and lifestyle, he did this without any pressure to "make a deal" this is very important to me, I don't appreciate pushy salesmen/women. As it turns out we did not find the truck I needed on the lot at the time... but I will continue to look at there site, because when the right fit does come around I hope to do business with him, as he is genuine, honest and patient. Just a good group over there.

I have had this car 5 years 90000 km. No problems so far, it has been exceptionally good. The only money I have spent is gas and oil changes. I. Would buy another one

It took a while due to Nissan. The dealership was great. No pressure type of approach. They do add on 3k for “accessories” that you don’t have the option on. They made up for it by offering more on my trade in. Everything was reasonable. Due to the length of time the sales manager gave us a $50 gift card and a free gas up when we stop by later this week. All good people here.

Taking it on road trip Oklahoma to Key West Florida w/ stopover in Tennessee. I am getting 30 mpg running 75 mph. It handled like a dream going through Smokie mt. I was getting 32 mpg there. I like the ride on the interstates & I love the adaptive cruise control.

I travelled out of state for my purchase and Brad did a great job at answering my multitude of questions! They had a driver pick us up at the airport(1 hour away), washed and filled up the car. Brad sat down with us helped us find some local eats and got us convict way with ease. Paperwork was quick as well. check the oil every tank fill, dealer advised if it dropped too far it would scrap the timing chain, interference engine lock up. a 6 inch strip of paint blistered off the roof, the rear deck won't set down horizontal (everything slides to the rear. rides like a limo, handles like a dream, no real probs. 168k on the odo.

READ PLEASE I love my Terrain. DO NOT get the 1.5 L. My engine has barely made it over 100,000 I have had $6k of repairs in less than a year. Things keep going wrong now. I had NO issues before. Catalytic converter went out 75-85k miles. My turbo was just replaced. Just beware of this type of engine… every mechanic that worked on it shared this is not uncommon for this type. I would definitely get another terrain but not the 1.5!

I viewed the truck online called the office, they emailed the application I completed it they told me to come in. I test drove the car and I was pleased. The finance team was amazing they went over and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend them for your automobile purchase.
