We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

We are very happy with our Terrain Denali. Our first choice was the 2023 Lincoln Corsair 1a but there are no in inventory. The Terrain Denali was 1b. Great styling exterior and interior

I had my 2020 Terrain for 5 years before I had any major issues out of it. My brake booster needed replaced. After about a month of it being out the shop someone hit and totaled it. Very sad day. I love my Terrain

Great vehicle, 65,000 miles and not a single issue, hoping to get atleast another 100k miles out of it. Extremely reliable. A family member of mine bought a Honda that broke down at 16,000 miles and got stranded. Would absolutely recommend a 2018+ terrain

I've had mine for 12 years I've driven it a cross country 6 times. It is a fantastic vehicle. I pulled a small travel trailer and it didn't change my gas mileage one bit. From IL to LA California never a problem.

Bought the car CPO in summer 2021 with 38k miles. Now being summer 2024 with 90k miles and I’ve mostly had good luck with the car and its components. I have the extended warranty through 100k miles but I feel like all American cars are built to fail after the warranty runs out. Overall great car: I have the 2.0L turbo engine with 9 speed auto and AWD. AWD is great when turned on, grips the road well, and to be honest the 2.0L has a TON of power; way more than you need for a compact SUV! I had a quick issue around 65k miles where the service traction control and stability light came on for 15 minutes. Dismissed itself and haven’t had an issue since. At 75k miles, it was during the winter time, the car would display “park break realized” and “service traction control” when the auto start stop would kick back on (there’s no way to shut off the auto start/stop system). No issues and lights but the messages would pop up and dismiss themselves. Little did I know it was my battery dying and my mechanic said “some wires were loose” and he tightened them up. Haven't had an issue since I got a new battery. Last thing that happens is sometimes when you have Apple CarPlay going and you unplug the phone, the infotainment system will freeze and no Bluetooth, usb, or CarPlay will work for the reming duration of the ride unless you stop the car and let it sit for at least 30 minutes. Simply shutting it off and turning it back on never worked. Overall I give this car a good rating for 0-100k miles. I am pleased with the car but looking for something bigger soon. I think I did overpay a bit for it ($30k for 38k miles) since I got it summer of 2021 when new cars were nonexistent!

What a wonderful experience I had!!! I was visiting family in Danville, Ky from Rochester, New York and buying a new car wasn’t even in my wheelhouse. My son in law showed me a picture of a 2023 Nissan Rogue that had been traded in 2 days prior. Off we went to see it before they closed on Saturday June 21. Ethan Belcher who is FANTASTIC arranged for Christian to be waiting for us with the keys and off we went! It was a done deal. The perfect car for me! Christian was waiting for us upon return. He made everything perfectly smooth. A deposit was given, Cody handled that professionally and away we went back to my daughter’s home. I couldn’t change my plans to stay later than planned and HAD to head home 2 days later on Monday . HOW in the world am I going to get this car home 600 miles away!?! Ethan and Christian arranged to do the financial part on the phone on Tuesday …. I signed everything online AND I was told my car would be DELIVERED to my driveway on Thursday!!!!! WHAT????? Sure enough Thursday evening Steve Field and Randy Gilbert arrived, unloaded my new car, parked it in my driveway, handed me an envelope with all the paperwork AND put a Ky. temporary tag/ license plate on it! They were completely professional, helpful and this 71 year old grandmother is one HAPPY and satisfied lady!!!!!!! You don’t see this type of professionalism often these days. The GMC Terrain is a very dependable auto that I have had no issues. The model is the AT4, which has the headsup display. Interior is nice with leather and all the electronics options.

I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

Great vehicle for traveling. Plenty of room for luggage and a small dog.. Very comfortable, The only thing I don't like are the vertical AC vents. I would like to see them be able to swing wider both horizontally and vertically.Plus my used vehicle had Onstar at one time and I can't cancel it off my car so that my calls always seem to go to Onstar at least once.
