Used GMC Terrain for sale near New Pekin, IN

I was picked up from the airport by Joseph. He treated me well and knew that I did not have time being that I had to drive 10 hours to get back to my base so he had everything taken care of for me to speed up the process. The other staff was very polite and helpful. I also enjoyed that the dealership is military friendly. I consider both the dealer and the individuals that they employ there to be great people.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

I had my 2020 Terrain for 5 years before I had any major issues out of it. My brake booster needed replaced. After about a month of it being out the shop someone hit and totaled it. Very sad day. I love my Terrain

We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

Excellent Service! Our initial contact was with Dustin but we also worked with Jason as the deal progressed. Extremely responsive and timely. We asked for their best out the door price and they didn't hesitate to give us a price well below the website asking price and frankly told us that was the best they could do. We felt it was great price for the vehicle in question and that sealed the deal. We purchased long-distance, living in WI so we were purchasing without a test drive or in person inspection, but the vehicle is flawless and was well represented. The final purchase took a few weeks to send paperwork back and forth and secure financing but we had the time. Isaac's even coordinated a transport service to get the vehicle to us. Overall it has been an easy process and Dustin and Jason have been patient and very responsive to all our questions. The Louisville location is great. They worked within our budget to find a low mileage car that was better than than we could fine anyplace else with our budget. He also worked with us over the phone, so I did not have to make the trip there. All the truthful useful info over the phone made an hour drive to see and buy the car. He spent quite a bit of time on the phone and spent time with us on the lot making sure we knew everything about the car. He let me check what I wanted. The car is great and actually much better than expected for our budget. He has good cars at better than fair prices. He also a good person and makes every effort to get you a car you want at a price you can afford. No back row junk cars here. It was nice dealing with an honest man rather than a smooth talking salesman.

I purchased my 2016 GMC Terrain SLT in 2018 as a gently used vehicle with only 21,000 miles on it. I never had issues with it. I kept it regularly serviced and had to replace tires. At now over 93,000 it has been a comfortable and very reliable car. The only feature I wished it had was rear air conditioning. Living here in the SE it gets hot and it takes a “minute” to get the back of the vehicle cooled down. However, I rarely have back seat passengers, and thankfully, the really hot weather lasts only a few months! I have been very pleased with this car and would recommend it to others. I traded it in a week ago for a larger car only because I need the room for a grandchild, and my elderly parents.

READ PLEASE I love my Terrain. DO NOT get the 1.5 L. My engine has barely made it over 100,000 I have had $6k of repairs in less than a year. Things keep going wrong now. I had NO issues before. Catalytic converter went out 75-85k miles. My turbo was just replaced. Just beware of this type of engine… every mechanic that worked on it shared this is not uncommon for this type. I would definitely get another terrain but not the 1.5!

My overall experience with Neil Huffman has been OK. They haven't done anything to make them stand above the rest nor any worse. One gripe that I have with all dealerships though is the time it takes to complete the sale. It took over 2 hours from the time we agreed on the price for the new vehicle until we started signing the paperwork. Again that's pretty common with buying a car but still excessive. My daughter also had already bought a used VW from Neil Huffman and had an issue with it on day one. The issue was that the Engine Oil level low light came on. They told her that the sensor needed to be reset and everything was OK. Shortly after leaving the dealership the light returned. I checked the oil level and found that it was in fact low (has the light indicated). The car was serviced and she has not had an issue since. I have a few maintenance visits for the car that I bought so I'll see how it goes, but for now I'm not to impressed with them from that prospective.

We are very happy with our Terrain Denali. Our first choice was the 2023 Lincoln Corsair 1a but there are no in inventory. The Terrain Denali was 1b. Great styling exterior and interior

Seth was very knowledgeable about all the trucks we looked at. We also spoke with the General Sales Manager, Keith Lovelace who helped us discuss a disagreement with the cost of our trade-in and we came to an agreeable amount. Decided on a 2022 Silverado and happy with cost out the door. Very friendly and knowledgeable people. The dealership is kept very clean and set up nicely. I would definitely sent people to John Jones in Corydon.

The GMC Terrain is a very dependable auto that I have had no issues. The model is the AT4, which has the headsup display. Interior is nice with leather and all the electronics options.

Our 2021 Terrain SLT is really a nice auto. Gets great 30 MPG approximately, But, 0 to 60 is lacking horsepower. Great Little highway auto. Comfortable.....

Really nice to drive! Extremely comfortable almost like a recliner!! Sturdy and solid! GM had issues with certain years for oil consumption is the only issue. I understand GM is making good on it now! As long as it’s checked over otherwise these are extremely nice cars!!

Extremely happy. Ride comfort, controls, comfort, looks, quietness, Quality. They should've kept the 2.0 turbo. But this engine not bad at all. Can't wait to get another.
