I bought this vehicle used over a year ago with 99 k miles on it. Other than routine maintenance; oil changes, brakes and filters it has performed well. Very comfortable ride, roomy and comfortable interior, features and options are numerous with lane departure side and frontal spacing warnings, back up camera, sun roof and roof rack, blue tooth and more. I don't understand the negative reviews as I am pleased with this vehicle.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

The part for our tail lamp needed to be ordered, so we were not scheduled for the repair for about a week. However, when the part came in, they made arrangements to get our vehicle fixed the next day. The shop waiting area was clean and coffee/tea was provided for us waiting on repairs.

The GMC Terrain is a very dependable auto that I have had no issues. The model is the AT4, which has the headsup display. Interior is nice with leather and all the electronics options.

Engine light came on, rough shifting, Adam in Service dept fit my truck in for diagnostics within a week. Tech found bad coil, replaced and repaired, also suggested new wires and battery was needing to be replace really low crank, all work completed and again on the road after 310,000 miles. I have had only good experiences with the service department staff and techs. Sometimes it cost some money but its a machine and if you take care or it, it will last.

READ PLEASE I love my Terrain. DO NOT get the 1.5 L. My engine has barely made it over 100,000 I have had $6k of repairs in less than a year. Things keep going wrong now. I had NO issues before. Catalytic converter went out 75-85k miles. My turbo was just replaced. Just beware of this type of engine… every mechanic that worked on it shared this is not uncommon for this type. I would definitely get another terrain but not the 1.5!

I still have a few things to tie up with them, but so far I will give a 4 star. The wait time when I first got there and the detailing wasn't as good as I'd have liked. As far as the salesman and financing they were professional, helpful, and had wonderful bed side manners. They did an excellent job. The pricing on the used vehicle I purchased was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

I have owned my Terrain for 3 months now, and am absolutely in love with it. Super smooth, great pick up, and I get a lot of complements on both the exterior and interior design. I average 26.3 MPG city and highway combined, which is not bad considering I live in Florida so my AC is never off in the car.

This was a new world for me ordering a car by looking at a photo. It made me a little nervous to say the least. I chose this dealership because I heard from a friend that they were not charging above the MSRP sticker price. All of my questions and the ordering process was all done by phone calls, email and text. I would give my sales person Ryan O’Leary 10 stars if I could. He was patient, knowledgeable and always responded promptly to my questions. He made the whole experience great. But, beyond that after a few months of owning my new car I had an accident and my car is in the repair shop. A part that is needed to repair my car is on nation wide backorder!!! I was looking at car rental out of my pocket for the expense. I discussed this problem with Ryan and he and his sales manager located 3 dealerships that have this part in stock. It is now ordered and hopefully I will be back in my new car soon!!. This is above and beyond folks! They did not have to take their time to help me, and I do not think most dealerships would. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a helpful, knowledgeable sales person who stands behind the sale. I will update this review when I am back in my car! To be honest, this SUV impressed me with the great performance even with the small 1.5 liter engine, and huge space inside, it rides like a bigger vehicle, very responsive on the highway and very quiet cabin. My wife really liked it.

On November 19 I traveled from my home to Jim butler Maserati in maplewood Mo I live in souther il. This mornings travel was focused on purchasing my 2024 gmc sierra. At first when I arrived immediately I felt to be in the right place. Going forward was more than amazing in every way. Brian was my contact first I had a connection with him early on with the deal. Later in the deal worked with Mike the finance guy . Both did a great job in sitting up the purchase with my concerns and questions answered. I met a 3 week new employee Nora and her twin sister Caitlyn age 19 I think they have a solid future at Jim butler. Finally the general manager Brett did a basic final review with me on every aspect of my purchase . I was there again very pleased with his efforts. Overall experience I wish every dealer experience could be like this because it should be. I had to travel over two hours to see this for myself happy to report it was worth every mile.
