Kevon and Jason were great to work with. It was hard to understand the finance manager. Low talker and/or accent. I do not hear well so it could go both ways!

Working with salesperson Brahms, made the entire procedure pleasurable. He made time to explain all of the features on the new Encore, with much patience. I decided to install side safety signals, and Brahms arranged for a loaner. Upon return, my personal belongs from the trunk of the car, were missing. Mr Brahms inquired daily about my belongings, and he went to the repair shop, where they were found, and he returned them all in tact. Commendable.

Did all my negotiations with the Internet Sales Team, of course it's a back and forth, there main concern is to get you into the dealwership. We aggred on an out the door price and met with Sales Associates Justin Smith to appraise the trade in and do the paperwork. It all went pretty smoothly, got there at 10:45Am and was out by 1PM (I did not finance). No hidden surprises, and that's what I greatly appreciate.

It is a pleasure to bring my car there. They know exactly what they are doing even though it took 4 days to figure out what the problem was. It got fixed! Keep up the good work!

Bosco is the BEST! I arrived with a tire sensor indicating I had a low PSI but I was unable to locate the leak. There was a flat head screw in one tire and a hex screw in the other. I was willing to leave my truck there because I showed up before work and without an appointment. My tires were patched and I was called in less than two hours and I was all set.

I was very impressed by the professionalism and service provided by Kareem. He was knowledgeable on the vehicle we were interested in and helped us through the purchasing process explaing details. He kept me informed throughout the process and assured me the repair would be handled quickly. True to his word, my vehicle was ready the very next day! It?s rare to find a service advisor who genuinely cares and follows through on their promises. I?m so glad I didn?t give up and called Sheehan. Good, quick, professional service. David saw that a part was needed to complete my repair. It was ordered and I was notified right away. After a very brief wait, my car was repaired and I was on my way!

While the initial reason for my visit was trying due to seizing a motor in such a new vehicle the service staff was incredible. My service advisor Kelvyn was a standout and exceptional. He kept me apprised every step of the way and due to my unique situation he was instrumental getting me back on the road. As a business owner myself, I'd love a few more Kelvyn's on my staff!!
