2024 GMC Yukon review
Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. What I personally LOVED was the fact that i was not pressured into buying. I was given time to look around and make a decision without being bombarded by a sales guy. They were fast, courteous and very professional. As for service they have taken care of my 550 convertible. She is an old girl 2009 but i maybe put on a 1000 miles a year. She is in great shape and I usually request Chris in service to work on her. I had an emergency one day and they got me in immediately with no appointment. Brandi the general manager is amazing and if you ever have any concerns or issues she will make it right if given the chance. She really cares about the Mercedes brand and her customers. I recently moved out of state and i’m terrified to go to anyone else bc I trust them so much. However, when i decide to buy my 3rd i can assure you it will be there. I can’t say enough good things about them with all my years of business.

When I bought my car, I also decided to purchase the extended warranty. About six months later my transmission developed a problem. I called Darren (service manager) on a Friday and told him about my problem. He had me come in the following Monday morning running some diagnostic test. He needed to run some more test the fallowing day so I took my car back again so that they could recheck again. Darren was communicating with the insurance company during my visits. Darren called me the following Friday with the good news that the extended warranty was replacing my transmission with a new one. That was on February 6th. Well with absolutely no fault of the Crafts, Crafts waited until May 6 to receive the new transmission. It was on backorder all that time. With numerous calls from Christine (service writer at Crafts) to Rowe KIA then to me. She was upbeat all the time, but she understood my situation. I cannot thank her enough for keeping me informed and checking with Rowe Kia. Darren was also very helpful and i believe he did what he could. Darren and Chrisetine were awesome, A great team. Crafts got the Tranny on a Wed., got my car same day and it was ready the following Monday. I cannot say enough good about Crafts! Great to work with and also very concerned about me, the customer. Also, tranny was covered 100% by the extended warranty. A huge thank you to the Crafts team. You guys are the BEST!!! Denny from Sabattus
2019 GMC Yukon review
I purchased to replace a 2017 Tahoe that I loved. Love this vehicle even more. Magnetic ride control, additional safety features the Tahoe did not have are great. Heated steering wheel a great feature. Heated AND cooled seats, will never be without again. Additional power of the Denali 6.2L vs. the 5.3L engine in the Tahoe is impressive. Bose sound system is outstanding.

2019 GMC Yukon review
We drove two states over to McKenzie Buick GMC in Milton, FL to meet with Nick and make a purchase on our new Yukon Denali. Customer service was top notch. We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much.
