I went in to buy my first car and they made it very easy to understand and the process went very quickly
2020 GMC Yukon review
Excellent and reliable, only thing buyers have to do is buy a AFM disabler that you can stick into OBD2 port to avoid lifter failure (longer story, nobody wants a V8 to run in V4)

CarMax Sacramento/Roseville review
Brent Robken offered a great buying experience. I have purchased many cars but this had to be the best purchase ever. Brent made everything easy to understand and I'm sure that I wouldn't have purchased this car if not for him. I would highly recommend Brent Robken to anyone looking for a car.
2024 GMC Yukon review
Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. Very happy with this 2024

Great service of all of my experiences with the customer services. I have dealt with 5-6 employees and I have always treated with importance. Enjoy my dealings.
2021 GMC Yukon review
I own a 2021 Yukon Denali with 23K. At nearly $90k, I purchased every option except for the silly entertainment screens fastened to the back of the front seat headrests. (nice for leaving the imprint of your passenger's faces on the screen in an accident - buy a couple of iPads. First of all, kudos to GM engineers. Technology actually exceeds German cars I've owned. Rear view camera is GREAT and adjustable for brightness, distance and width. But, make sure you purchase the washer for the rear lens...Miirror is almost unusable in rain..(blurring with rain and dirt quickly. I'm 6'2" and really ticked-off there isn't a handle on the "A" pillar to grab to pull into the driver's seat. They put a handle at the upper center of the door opening. What is that for? I have to grab the steering wheel (fortunately rigid with the engine off). Another big problem is the loss of both knees in a frontal accident. With the steering wheel all the way back, I can't even come close to stretching my leg out. Really! A couple of bigger issues: I know the front of this vehicle is right off of the truck, but the end result of the gigantic, unsloped hood, is the inability to see anything 12 feet in front of you. And making right turns.....better memorize that curb before you start your right turn because you won't see it again. Just "that look " from your wife as you run over the curb again with your right rear wheel. Lastly, I hope someone from GM reads this.....With all the awesome high-tech items on this car, why are there no "turn" lights? You know, the lights that let you see where you're going, especially right turns. Porsche has LED lights designated for turns that light up the whole area you're turning into. In the Yukon at least I'll see what I ran over with the terrific rear view mirror! My only intermittent mechanical annoyance is when I push the door handle to lock the doors. It's supposed to fold the mirrors in which is a good way to check you locked the vehicle. occasionally , they don't fold and I have to push the button 4 times. Of course, the mechanic needs only to push the button till it works and tell me it's working. Twice. Guess they win. I'll live with it. Now for the rest: Fantastic overall vehicle! With the air suspension it rides better than Mercedes or Lexus. I always get positive remarks from passengers. The steering wheel control for the Active Cruise control is absolutely perfect. I've driven between Arizona and Colorado without taking my hands off the wheel (just moving my thumb). And the engine, I LOVE THE INLINE 3.0 DIESEL! Almost got the 6 liter but took a chance on the diesel that just came out (in 2021). Same exact torque as the V8 and great for passing. The big difference ..... I had to take a photo of my dash to prove to my friends....heading back to Phoenix with 256 miles on the odometer averaging 30.2 mpg going the speed limit! My Porsche Cayenne gets 19.6mpg (not going the speed limit). The 9 cameras help when parking unless your wife is with you. When I come to a stop I'm waiting for my wife to hold up the 1 to 10 signs like the judges in the olympics. And lastly, For a car that will raise 5" in 4 low, why does the car come with 1 ply polyester sidewalls ? I'm not comfortable on gravel or rocky roads for fear of a sidewall puncture. I highly recommend this vehicle. The designers did a great job making this big vehicle look sleek and smaller than it is. I'm a bit unnerved when I see a vehicle like mine come flying into a parking spot for a perfect 4-point landing and the driver is a 110 lb soccer mom. And I just spent 20 minutes with a micrometer adjusting my position so I don't get "that look" again from my wife. Good luck and hope it's reliable.

BMW Fresno review
Jay was our salesman and he did a great job of accommodating us. To be clear, we got the car that we wanted, but not in the exact configuration we preferred. We had an allocation for a manual 2025 M2 at a BMW dealership down south and we were waiting for its availability. We decided to visit our local Fresno BMW dealership (who could not produce an allocation for us) so that we can test drive the manual M2 that they had on the lot. For a rear wheel drive only stick shift, it was a lot of fun and plenty of fast. Jay asked why we wouldn’t want to buy this car right here right now, being spec’d out similarly to our build (full carbon fiber package). We said simply that we wouldn’t want to buy our dream car in a bland monochromatic color (Brooklyn Grey in this instance.) When we headed for a test drive, we informed him that we are going to drive it like our daily but are not going to restrain ourselves and lose out on what we aim to experience. Jay was very kosher about that request and remained intentional about ensuring we get the most out of the experience we were after. He knew we would be leaving our M240i xDrive that we loved a lot and needed to pursue that “Ultimate Driving Machine” experience to feel wholly satisfied to make our decision. When we were done with our test drive and talked shop, there were still hesitations about the color not best representing what my wife was looking for. (Especially because she was coming from the M240i’s beautifully painted Portimão Blue.) Jay brought in Lindsay to help accommodate us so that we can get the car we want, the way we want it. We were happy to make the deal so that we can take the next steps in getting our project car’s ADRO aerodynamic kit, vinyl wrap, and much MUCH more going. We were very happy with our dream car purchasing experience and the continued accommodations they provided. Ruben, their Service Manager, was also prepared to assist us with our next steps so that we can upgrade our M without ever worrying about voiding our precious warranty. The only gripe I would have about this place is the parking for service. That side of their campus typically has vehicles for sale parked there, limiting you to a couple of spots here, two possibly over there and (each infrequent time we have had to drop by), parking in the handicap spots. Beyond that, feel free to peruse the photos of the car in its stock OEM form, along with its transformation into the OEM Plus tuned vehicle that we produced within 2 months of purchase. Money cannot buy you happiness, but it can buy a BMW, and that’s good enough for us! (Please check out the photos of our M2 transformation on Google, Yelp, and Social Media)

2017 GMC Yukon review
I bought this 2017 Tahoe w LT trim new. Have 60K on it now and have had no issues with it. We are not towing with it or doing high speed racing so we find the 5.3L Motor is smooth and quiet (and have not had any lifter issues which others have reported). Transmission and suspension also smooth. We keep Michelins on all our vehicles and have found this Tahoe very quiet and comfortable for road trips with 4-6 people and luggage. The LT trim pkg deleted some comfort items I wish I had (like heated steering wheel) but it still is pretty much leather-and-loaded so it was a good value at the time. I have had Suburbans for 35yrs before purchasing this Tahoe and I will probably go back to a Suburban for the extra cargo space when I trade this Tahoe in. But this has been a nice and reliable vehicle for us. No complaints.
