This platform doesn’t let me update my last review so I have to write a new review. Chris who is a very nice guy from the service called me and scheduled an appointment the soonest he could and he also promised a rent a car paid by them as a loaner while they have the car! My original message a few hours before the second call by Chris: Their service department is horrible. I called today because the AC on my brand new car is not working. It is 120 degrees outside in Woodland Hills. Soraya, the service agent, told me that they don’t have a loaner available till mid October! When I said, it would be fine and I will drop the car if it can be done in one day. She said it will be for a couple of days or more and they couldn’t give me a loaner either. When I asked that jaguar is basically telling me that they cannot do anything for me even though it is super hot outside and not having AC basically means not being able to drive the car, her answer was “yes, we can’t do anything about it”!!! Just imagine, you need your car on a daily basis, and the AC is not working, and they would tell you to drop your car there and stay without the car for few days until they decide to fix your car!!! Terrible customer service!

We drove two states over to McKenzie Buick GMC in Milton, FL to meet with Nick and make a purchase on our new Yukon Denali. Customer service was top notch. We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. I have 2 vehicles within 2 years from same dealership. no mark up like other shaddy dealership and not to push of the stuff that you are not comfortable. Highly recomend this compare to other price gauging dealership. As usual my service advisor josh is amazing and never push for anything that is not needed.

LSM Cars by far has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. They were very honest, sincere and made the whole buying process easy from start to finish. My sales rep Teo was very knowledgeable and patient while Erika the finance manager was looking to get me approved with one of their banks. I have enjoyed my vehicle. It is comfortable and drives very well. I like the color also. It is very roomy, takes off fast and the safety features are very beneficial.

I bought this 2017 Tahoe w LT trim new. Have 60K on it now and have had no issues with it. We are not towing with it or doing high speed racing so we find the 5.3L Motor is smooth and quiet (and have not had any lifter issues which others have reported). Transmission and suspension also smooth. We keep Michelins on all our vehicles and have found this Tahoe very quiet and comfortable for road trips with 4-6 people and luggage. The LT trim pkg deleted some comfort items I wish I had (like heated steering wheel) but it still is pretty much leather-and-loaded so it was a good value at the time. I have had Suburbans for 35yrs before purchasing this Tahoe and I will probably go back to a Suburban for the extra cargo space when I trade this Tahoe in. But this has been a nice and reliable vehicle for us. No complaints.

Dealer ship sounds good, have not personally gone to find out for my self yet. But when I’m ready I will go take a look

I purchased to replace a 2017 Tahoe that I loved. Love this vehicle even more. Magnetic ride control, additional safety features the Tahoe did not have are great. Heated steering wheel a great feature. Heated AND cooled seats, will never be without again. Additional power of the Denali 6.2L vs. the 5.3L engine in the Tahoe is impressive. Bose sound system is outstanding.

I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!

Just bought 2024 Yukon with diesel engine and drove 2000 miles and it was the best ride that I’ve had. It was comfortable, reliable fuel efficient not to mention a great looking vehicle.
