We had a transmission replaced and during the replacement a seal was damaged on the power take off for the 4 wheel drive. We had to bring it back in for a second repair and were without our car for an additional week. It was all covered and we were only out our inconvenience. The staff were honest with us on why this may have happened. I'm sure it was an accident, which happens. I gave 5 stars not because everything went perfectly, but because when there was an issue it resolved. The staff were honest and the situation was taken care of.

Excellent cargo capacity and seating. Very ergonomic and comfortable to drive. Exactly what we were looking for. The best all around vehicle we’ve found. This our third GMC full size.

This car has meet all of our needs. The legroom is great, comfortable, and quiet. Plenty of space for groceries, backpacks, and so much more. Great on gas mileage. We get between 19-21mpg.

We have a Ford Fusion since 2017 and it has been fantastic vehicle for us. In past week we had repair done on fixing the electronic security system, connected to the edge of driver door that was not operating correctly. Josh helped me with identifying the issue and also Jack. Veterans Ford did their analysis and tests to get to the root cause with their specialized technicians in the electronics area. We were very concerned as this issue is very critical for us to function correctly. I am so happy that the Ford team at Veterans got it fixed and all is running perfectly again. Because the issue was intermittent it made the challenge even more difficult - so my thanks goes to the whole team who made this repair a success. The team there takes the time to listen and help their customers to the very best of their ability. When I was in Ireland I went with my Dad to a Ford dealer there, where he bought his first car a Ford Anglia. Ever since then we have stayed with Ford for many years. Dealership added lot extra to cost of car but was able to get most it removed. Salesperson very helpful. Sale area was nice but men bathroom was out service. There?s service dept was helpful too.

They did agreat job the service person was very friendly and informative. Now I do have a problem with the sales manager and husband sales people I'm finding out things they didn't disclose about my truck i bought hopefully I have no problem with the truck so when or if you're thinking about buying a vehicle especially a used one clarify all information as i did get a carfax but there was some information I didn't receive until I got my truck back from the 10,000 mile secudle service. I'm possibly going to buy a different truck in 2026 but probably somewhere else thanks for reading my evaluation oh but the service was great.
