This was the 5th vehicle in 5 years, I buy from Royal Cadillac/GMC. I keep returning simply because of the attention and dedication to the customer experience. This time around I simply text Mustafa in the morning and he took care of everything for me. He made this most recent purchase the best I have ever had. Got there signed and picked up my new Hummer. Mustafa?s knowledge and genuine passion for what he does is admirable. I like to work with people whom I can trust, I appreciate that he has taken the time to learn what I like and dislike, how he is always available for questions, and his advocacy for the customer.
