Excellent and reliable, only thing buyers have to do is buy a AFM disabler that you can stick into OBD2 port to avoid lifter failure (longer story, nobody wants a V8 to run in V4)

I WENT IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION EVEYRHTING WENT SMOOTH, EVERYONE AT THE DEALER WAS SUPER FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.

Am in disbelief every week at the Gas Pumps. Thou a big truck, mileage per gallons are 18 +. Last week it was 22.8. This week 19.78.

Second to none. Needed an oil change because of an unplanned trip to Texas in 2 days. Called and less than 3 hours was taken care of.

Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. Got the duramax diesel and getting 24 city and 32 highway is very good. Truck drives nice and is very comfortable. My 2 issues with this truck is the backup camera at night is useless (very dark) and interior lighting is not very good. You would have thought a 78k truck would have footwell lights, but it doesn’t.

Their customer service is excellent, waiting rooms are always clean and have snacks and WiFi, technicians are knowledgeable, and labor and part prices are always fair.

I was looking for a chevy impala and I found one at Small Town Auto thru cars.com. It was in beautiful shape both inside and out. Even though it was a little older-2009 I decided to take it because of the low mileage-68,000. I am so satisfied. I wanted to wait a few months before writing this review to make sure I had no real problems with the car. There was a minor problem with the starter but the dealership took care of it and it was just over the 30-day warranty. It rides so smoothly and it has a lot of power as soon as you step on the gas the front end lifts up and boy it goes! I know it's a little older but I am so satisfied. I can tell this car will last. It's well worth the money and I only gave 750.00 down because that's all I had at the time. They work with you. So don't be afraid, if you need a car buy one from this dealership! I'm not sorry you won't be either!

overall i like the truck alot, its a very dependable vehicle. it has its little quirks for a used truck. there's little things like the drivers door switch for the mirrors and the door locks that are not working as of now but i haven't taken the time to look into it as of yet. minor to me and i'm sure i can fix for a few bucks. nice riding and driving truck i would buy again.

We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

I have loved and owned Chevy and GMC midsized trucks since 98 when I purchased a used S-10. My latest purchase is a 2021 GMC Canyon Denali bought brand new. It's been a great truck until my power steering unit went out due to corrosion. It only has 32,200 miles on it and I have never gotten it wet other than car washes and driving in the rain which is normal conditions. I had purchased a mid grade extended warranty through GMC after my lease was up and purchased the truck. I am being told this is NOT covered due to it being external wiring. So I feel this is a manufacturing malfunction and bad engineering for water to be able to get in to cause such corrosion so beware. This is an open case filed with GM currently to hopefully rectify the matter.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

Stopped by as this is a client of mine and as I was leaving, Dennis ran out to my car and stopped me before driving off. He noticed my tire was completely flat! He immediately stopped what he was doing, got it to the garage and between him, his service guy (sorry didn't catch his name, young guy with glasses) and Wilmer, they got it repaired! I was far from home and if went un-noticed, I really could have done some damage to my car. Not too often you get customer service like this, and they definitely went above and beyond! Would HIGHLY recommend buying or servicing your car here! You will not find better service elsewhere!

traded in my 2013 buick enclave for this 2023 gmc acadia. i think the ride is a little better , fuel mileage is better over all comfort is great. Ed at Patriot Buick GMC was great in explaining all its features.

GMC Diesel Canyon AT4. I've had this truck for a year-11,000 miles. I love it. The Denali and Elevation trim looked like junk. The AT4 can't compete with the Tacoma off road but, It holds it's own off road. The Diesel pulls like a beast and the exhuast brake, on all the moutain passes I drive, is worth it's wieght in Gold. I trailer the max. capacity regularly and it's smooth sailing. I traded in my 2500HD Silverado with the vortec 6.0 for this big, little truck. Best decision I've made in a while. I had this truck on order for 8 months and Gm never accepted the order. I finally found exactly what I ordered, just off the truck that morning that I called. 1300 miles away, I jumped on a plane to go get it. Crying shame GMC discontinued the diesel. The extra $ per gallon right now is easily washed by the increase in mileage, 32+ higway, 19 trallering almost 8000 #'s. I wouldn't want the truck without it. Wouldn't want the Elevation or Denali. Diesel AT4 is the truck. I'll keep it the rest of my life barring accident. I'm sure I can get 40 years out of this truck doing 10-12k a year. The regeneration of the exhaust has never come up but, I only do a little round town driving. Most of my miles are highway and hauling a load. I've heard horror stories about regen. from city folk, commuters... You get what you aim for. If you've given it a lot of thought and the diesel AT4 seems right for you, you won't be disappointed. Brubaker's will likely be one of our first choices for repeat car-buying business. Our extended family has purchased here and our most recent purchase is still powering ahead well. The honesty is evident and willingness to fix even the smaller issues (in our case, a tire that went bad, replacing air-vent controllers, and some odd issues with a touch-screen) was fantastic. I am shopping for a new car soon and am constantly checking Brubaker's inventory for our next potential purchase.
