Friendly staff, great price for the car. There was a far bit of waiting around but with the volume of cars they are shifting on a daily basis, it was kind of expected. From the very short test drive to driving out with my car was around 45 minutes.Would definitely use then again.

I want to say I have been coming to this location for over 20+ years & the day I brought my truck in for service, I was not able to get taken care of & had to go elsewhere to get my truck worked on. I was asked for a review which I gave expressing I was unhappy about my experience. A few days later I got a response from David Marti Jr who asked I contact him to find a resolution & I did. Let me tell you, David took control of the situation & provided me with excellent service & kept in contact with me during the process. It was refreshing to have someone step up & provide good old school service & kept on it until it was done. This vehicle had everything I wanted, but one draw back it had been used to pull a 5th wheel so there were wholes in the bed.

I didn't actually get the chance to purchase a truck from this dealership as I was a day too late... it was just sold to another buyer. However, they were very courteous and replied to my emails almost instantly. I was hoping to buy but I waited too long to make my move. I found the vehicle on Cars.com site and it was what I was looking for. Low mileage and a fair price. The dealership was responsive and timely regarding scheduling an appointment. Everything seemed to go smoothly and I took the truck back today to have the windows tinted which was included with the purchase. I felt like I got a good deal based on the pricing I had seen previously. Overall a good experience but I was surprised to see so many people wearing shorts and I understand the weather is hot in Texas but it was surprising.

I have owned this truck for 2 years. It is a Sierra SLE which is a comfortable entry level, wished I would have gotten the SLT. Have only 3 areas of (could have been better) 1. approach angle 2. APP or instrumentation management for the 4 wheel system doesn't show hardly any info. 3 Fuel consumption control, no options for various usability IE... Towing, Hauling, Performance and Economical.
