Unlike your typical car dealership! These folks got it going on. No pressure, knowledgeable, insightful, helpful and willing to work with you... I've been to dealerships up and down the Treasure coast, not saying there aren't other great dealerships, but this one stood out among most. My experience with the salesman Edison was anything but high-pressured. He was low keyed, compassionate, helpful and insightful. The manager Phil was extremely patient, friendly and accommodating to the point of matching me to my next ride. Soooo unlike the dealership I went to that was the diametric opposite... Bev. The finance officer Lauren was a delight to work with in closing out the paperwork which is always such a dreadful part of the process. If you're interested in purchasing a vehicle without all the hassle that comes with it... Sunrise is the place for you.

I have owned this truck for 2 years. It is a Sierra SLE which is a comfortable entry level, wished I would have gotten the SLT. Have only 3 areas of (could have been better) 1. approach angle 2. APP or instrumentation management for the 4 wheel system doesn't show hardly any info. 3 Fuel consumption control, no options for various usability IE... Towing, Hauling, Performance and Economical.

We felt comfortable through the whole process. Rich in sales did a great job and the gentleman in finance did as well. All questions were asked. We didn't feel the usual anxiety when buying a car.

Yes, I had a very good experience at Sam Galloway?s dealership in Fort Myers ,Florida. They did quite a bit of work on my vehicle which was unexpected because I was just there to get the recall work completed and oil change and air filter for engine and all three wipers changed out? But needed replacement work on CV drive axle and boot. And I very much appreciated all the work and all the explanation of the work that needed to be done and the costs beforehand.. Tina, the service representative had done a fabulous job of getting all the costs and pictures of all the work that needed to be completed on my vehicle and came to me each time and explained everything very well and was very patient with my decisions? I definitely appreciated that very much, with a considerable amount of money to finish those repairs? Thank you so much Tina, for being very kind and patient and excellent service person? Really good mechanics did much prep work, And Bill Murphy got me the monthly payments I was looking for. The owner introduced himself which I thought was nice. And all other stayed after hours to make sure all the paperwork was completed.

I got my Savana (Same as Chevy Express) Cargo van to use occasionally like a pickup. I prefer the enclosed van to keep cargo dry. I don't use it much, but I like it a lot. The old style is much more solid than the newer euro-style vans, and much better looking. It's worse on gas of course, but has the power to pull. The 2500 I have rides a bit rough, with 60-80 lb of air in the tires! But it handles and runs very nice for a work vehicle. I've had no trouble at all in 6 years. This year was my first maintenance repair, taking brakes, battery, and a TPS resetting. It's only got 22k on it, so you may need brakes sooner. I love the truck for all these reasons, but especially because it's the classic look from a simpler, more sane time.
