I was having an issue with my vehicle and reached out to a few dealerships for help. One never returned my calls, and another quoted me an outrageous price without even looking up my vehicle. Then I got Ethan from Sheehan on the phone, and everything changed. I was frustrated and flustered, but Ethan immediately took the time to calm me down. He looked up my vehicle and let me know the repair would be fully covered by my warranty. He even asked if I could bring the vehicle in right away. When I arrived, Ethan went above and beyond. He made sure the team drove me to the rental car location?even though it was right across the street?because it was a busy road. He also ensured that my rental was covered under my warranty. He kept me informed throughout the process and assured me the repair would be handled quickly. True to his word, my vehicle was ready the very next day! Friendly staff, great price for the car. There was a far bit of waiting around but with the volume of cars they are shifting on a daily basis, it was kind of expected. From the very short test drive to driving out with my car was around 45 minutes.Would definitely use then again.

My husband and I recently purchased a 2026 Trax through the internet sales department. Our salesman Ramses was out sick the day we picked up our car and we dealt with Laurent who completed the transaction. Both were very helpful. Now finance was a different story. The financial person was deceptive and added items without our knowledge and understanding. We wasted a lot of unnecessary time ( he ate his lunch and wasted our time) on a deal that was pretty much completed before we even entered the dealership! But internet sales manager Vos was able to make things work out! We do recommend the dealership but beware of the finance department!!

This van is just what I need for my business. Has the room I need for everything. Great gas mileage. I use it for my service calls and it does all I need it to do.

Sebastian was very helpful and after some negotiation we settled on a price we both agreed on. I had to drive almost 3 hours to go get the truck from him and I’d do it again any day. If you’re buying a vehicle from Greco Ford ask for Sebastian because he topped my diesel off and detailed it for me. Great experience 10/10.
