After a few minutes he called me back and gave me more details about the car, it was close to closing but he convinced me to come in to see the vehicle for myself. When I arrived he took me out to see the car and it was everything he said it was and had every amenity I was looking for my new car to have. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. His professionalism and patience with me was what I enjoyed most. Before I left I put down a deposit to hold the vehicle. 2001 GMC Savana 1500 review
We love our SLT; we have 4 teenagers, all are approaching 6 feet tall. The rare SLT model has the second and third row seats moved further back than the regular passenger van that allows them to really stretch out. We have had our 2001 SLT for 6 years, traveled across the country, coast to coast, pulling a 25 foot travel trailer several times. It has been very reliable, good in the snow (with snow tires) and very comfortable over the 70k miles we have driven it. It does not have the highest quality fit and finish, it doesn't get the best gas mileage (15-19 mpg), however it is simple, reliable, roomy and comfortable.

2016 GMC Savana 2500 review
I have owned this truck for 2 years. It is a Sierra SLE which is a comfortable entry level, wished I would have gotten the SLT. Have only 3 areas of (could have been better) 1. approach angle 2. APP or instrumentation management for the 4 wheel system doesn't show hardly any info. 3 Fuel consumption control, no options for various usability IE... Towing, Hauling, Performance and Economical.
