I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

I have the 1500 double cab with standard bed. The reason I have this vehicle is I really like the 6.5 foot bed. The crew cab with same bed is just too long. The things I dislike about this model is that it only comes in the SLE model. For the 2025 that means the external mirrors do NOT have a power fold in and it does not have a seat memory for more that one driver. The power fold in for the mirrors is extremely important to me.

Let’s start off by saying I really believe in buying locally. I have had the most pleasant buying experience from Thompson motors. By far the most professional in Oneonta. They have late model used cars at very fair prices. From today going forward I will always purchase from them. I have purchased elsewhere before and now I know what I have been missing. They will tell you the truth and help you with your buying decision. There was none of this running back and forth to the sales manager for approval. If you deal straight with them they will deal straight with you. I am sure they have a car or truck for anyone.

Looked at more expensive truck with less options, bought the GMC SIERRA AT4 Turbo Diesel 6. I now only put fuel im once a month. And long distance trips are easier due to better fuel economy. One of my best investments ever.

When he learned that his business sold me a vehicle, unbeknownst to them to have severe safety problems, because they were extremely well hidden, by the previous owner, he offered to put any time and effort needed to fix the problem! He offered to trade me out of the vehicle at no cost to me, and when he didn't have a vehicle on the lot that would suit my needs, he showed me all the money invested and made on the vehicle, only to offer his time, his effort, services, and all profits on the vehicle to get it fixed! I agreed on this, as he surely went the extra mile to make sure, I was happy with my purchase, and that my family's safety was top priority! I promptly received a check in the mail, with no questions asked! I, as his customer, was more important and chosen over profits! I have loved and owned Chevy and GMC midsized trucks since 98 when I purchased a used S-10. My latest purchase is a 2021 GMC Canyon Denali bought brand new. It's been a great truck until my power steering unit went out due to corrosion. It only has 32,200 miles on it and I have never gotten it wet other than car washes and driving in the rain which is normal conditions. I had purchased a mid grade extended warranty through GMC after my lease was up and purchased the truck. I am being told this is NOT covered due to it being external wiring. So I feel this is a manufacturing malfunction and bad engineering for water to be able to get in to cause such corrosion so beware. This is an open case filed with GM currently to hopefully rectify the matter.

Our AT4X has been an excellent mid-size truck. The ride is shockingly smooth and the engine has a lot of torque. Wish the interior had less plastic and GM's failure to have a rear view camera mirror or controls for garage/gate contols is inexcusible. Overall, could not be more pleased with this truck.
