Personally, he helped me get into a beautiful GMC Yukon Elevation. Probably the nicest vehicle I’ve had the pleasure of driving. I see why he comes highly recommended. I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

My wife and I have bought several vehicles from Trent Cadillac Buick and GMC; 5 to be exact, and have had nothing but great experience's from the entire team! Our most recent purchase came as a surprise as my wife's old car had a major engine failure and due to its age was not worth the expense of repair. With that said my first text was to my good friend and top-notch salesman Mike Pecha. We had already checked online at inventory. So I sent a few links to what we wanted to look at to Mike and told him we were on the way! When we pulled in the parking lot Mike being the awesome gentleman he is was already getting them pulled up front for us! We took test drives in the requested vehicles, picked the beautiful 26 Buick enclave ST went inside talked with Mike about what we wanted to do. As always we felt comfortable not rushed in our decisions with Mike. He is very informative and knowledgeable about his job, but also very friendly and inviting! Makes you feel like part of the family! Management agreed, and off to finance we went! While Mike got our new car cleaned up and gassed up, Brent Cooper in finance took over. Also doing an awesome job, as always, very clear and informative as to all our options. Answers questions without hesitation and gives you his full attention and understanding through the whole process! Overall A+ to Mike Pecha and all of the Trent team!

I have enjoyed my vehicle. It is comfortable and drives very well. I like the color also. It is very roomy, takes off fast and the safety features are very beneficial.

I ordered parts for a repair. Dropped off the car Tuesday morning, it was ready that same day. Come Friday Check engine light on again A/C off due to high engine temperatures. They were troubleshooting needless to say not on Target this time.

Stong engine and smooth! Highly recommend for familys or someone who likes a smooth truck. Purchased new and have had zero issues since then. Love it!

We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. Was looking for a 2013 bmw x5 and had some bad experiences with other dealers but Doug Henry of Greenville was excellent. Being as we were in VA it was difficult for us but Sarah was more than helpful and went outside and took pictures and sent them to us and was honest about the condition of the car which was confirmed when first seen. We arrived on Columbus Day and the team there was very professional, polite, and Sarah took care of business flawlessly. We could not complete the transaction as it was a holiday and feeling bad for us, they delivered the car the next day! Absolutely unbelievable customer service!

Excellent and reliable, only thing buyers have to do is buy a AFM disabler that you can stick into OBD2 port to avoid lifter failure (longer story, nobody wants a V8 to run in V4)

I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

This truck is the truck that all others should look up to. It rides great, will tow a house, runs smooth, and gets great fuel economy. The Allison transmission is so smooth. The AT4 looks great too.

I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

Had some bad experiences with other dealers and was initially looking at the car online from VA. Called the dealer on a Saturday afternoon at 4:45 and got Sarah Evans. Sarah was fantastic! She stayed after work to send me pictures of the interior/exterior and was very polite and professional. When we arrived unannounced at the dealer Monday morning we were pleased to find that Sarah was 100% honest in her evaluation of the vehicle. From the moment we arrived everything went flawlessly. It was Columbus Day and we could not get a cashiers check drawn and a result we could not complete the transaction however, they allowed a small down payment and offered to deliver the vehicle on Tuesday to my home which they did. Amazing! it is reassuring to know that there are businesses still out there that are honest and go the extra mile!!

Love this Denali 2019 Acadia. Bought in 2018 with a large Houston Dealer Discount (22%). Replaced 1 Battery under Factory warranty and the common Park/Assist malfunction repaired under 3rd Party Warranty ($1200+) in 2023. Smooth ride, V-6 @ 24-26 mpg highway/16-17 mpg town driving. Thermostat only other repair/replacement.

It was a good experience the lot is nice the vechiles are nice and clean the dealer we dealt with was very nice and so helpful and we did get the truck we wanted rated from 1-10 the 10 being the best ours was a 10+++++++l would recomend them to everyone they will help and they will do you right

This wasn't the vehicle I'd gone to the lot to see... But it was parked 2 vehicles down, and the price was $3000 cheaper!! It even has more bells and whistles than the Toyota I'd initially planned on getting. Awesomeness!!

This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

I paid over $106,000 for this truck with warranty. Do not care much about miles per gal. at that that price range. Just too much truck for me at my age.
