This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

People are good but the music was too loud! Had a difficult time communicating! It?s a show room not a lounge.

My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

The sales department was very helpful when I purchased my new car. Helping me understand all the options. The finance department was very great with explaining the warranties.

I love my new Hummer, I have had it 2 weeks now and it’s an Amazing vehicle. Looks great and is a lot of fun to drive. I love that I can take the 4 tops off and it’s a convertible suv. So far so good with no problems. It charges overnight and is ready to go. I would highly recommend.

Kent County Motors is a great place to shop for a new or used vehicle. The salespeople are attentive and patient and work with your budget. They aren?t pushy or try to get you to overspend. They talk to you like a person, not a dollar sign.

Our AT4X has been an excellent mid-size truck. The ride is shockingly smooth and the engine has a lot of torque. Wish the interior had less plastic and GM's failure to have a rear view camera mirror or controls for garage/gate contols is inexcusible. Overall, could not be more pleased with this truck.

Service department staff was very friendly, attentive, listened to our concerns, fixed the problems in a timely manner, and kept us informed throughout the process. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

I paid over $106,000 for this truck with warranty. Do not care much about miles per gal. at that that price range. Just too much truck for me at my age.

He strutted through the showroom with his eyes fixed on a new Expedition!! I told him mama can't afford a new vehicle!! Mama is an idiot, she forgot the wheel locks so they couldn't rotate my tires, but that's OK, we're going back tomorrow and Stryker will be THRILLED!!!! I just purchased a 2024 Yukon Denali XL. This is my 3rd Yukon. So needless to say I am sold on this style of vehicle. The style and comfort are impeccable. Had a 2009, 2019 and now a 2024 XL. Never had any problems.

I had my 2020 Terrain for 5 years before I had any major issues out of it. My brake booster needed replaced. After about a month of it being out the shop someone hit and totaled it. Very sad day. I love my Terrain

We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

I bought my Hyundai Veloster from them last year. When my parents car died at over 180,000 miles...I got them in my car and we headed to Preston. I had such a great buying experience....I shared that with them. They bought a very nice used Mazda 3 with low miles. Preston for life.

I have loved and owned Chevy and GMC midsized trucks since 98 when I purchased a used S-10. My latest purchase is a 2021 GMC Canyon Denali bought brand new. It's been a great truck until my power steering unit went out due to corrosion. It only has 32,200 miles on it and I have never gotten it wet other than car washes and driving in the rain which is normal conditions. I had purchased a mid grade extended warranty through GMC after my lease was up and purchased the truck. I am being told this is NOT covered due to it being external wiring. So I feel this is a manufacturing malfunction and bad engineering for water to be able to get in to cause such corrosion so beware. This is an open case filed with GM currently to hopefully rectify the matter.

He spent a few hours with me going over the features of the car, taking a test drive, explaining features to me that I was unfamiliar with, discussing the Government 5-Star Safety Ratings, discussing the purchase and financing. The whole process was easy to understand and seamless because of his explanations. Terry answered all my questions and assisted me with the return of the Enterprise loaner car. He did all he could to help me. He could not have been more helpful!! Within a few days, I was the owner of a beautiful Iced Blue Silver Metallic Ford Escape SE. Had my 2024 Canyon for exactly one year. Not a single real issue once over the air update was done and that only affected the radio. It was an AT4 in desert sand metallic. I traded it for a 2025 Acadia, as I missed life in an SUV. However if you want a truck, I’d highly recommend it and specifically the AT4 model. It’s got meaty tires for pothole protection, it’s able to tow more than you can imagine, it looks super amazing and you’ll have lots of thumbs up and positive comments when you get gas, etc. updated tech was more than you could ask for. 4WD auto mode worked flawlessly. Engine had a nice little growl that I miss too. Let me say if you are a truck person or want to be a truck person, it’s a perfect mid size truck. Mine was 100% and am missing it yes but love the Acadia because it’s also a great vehicle. Got the AT4 Acadia and for my situation it’s perfect.

Great vehicle, 65,000 miles and not a single issue, hoping to get atleast another 100k miles out of it. Extremely reliable. A family member of mine bought a Honda that broke down at 16,000 miles and got stranded. Would absolutely recommend a 2018+ terrain
