We drove two states over to McKenzie Buick GMC in Milton, FL to meet with Nick and make a purchase on our new Yukon Denali. Customer service was top notch. We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. Am in disbelief every week at the Gas Pumps. Thou a big truck, mileage per gallons are 18 +. Last week it was 22.8. This week 19.78.

Efficient operation, very easy to communicate with the essential departments (sales/parts/service). Took my vehicle in for a quick parts installation and thoroughly impressed with the speed that the installation occurred. Dealership will be my go to for all service matters.

Got the duramax diesel and getting 24 city and 32 highway is very good. Truck drives nice and is very comfortable. My 2 issues with this truck is the backup camera at night is useless (very dark) and interior lighting is not very good. You would have thought a 78k truck would have footwell lights, but it doesn’t.

I have a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali with the 3.0 Diesel engine. I have 20,000 miles on it at the time of writing this. Never owned a diesel before and now i don't think i will own another one without it. I LOVE the engine in this truck. Only complaint would be that it likes DEF fluid while towing so pick up some extra DEF before you head out to tow something. Put about 8K miles on it this summer without adding any DEF fluid. seems to use a little more in the winter or when towing. Very quiet for a deisel and the fuel economy is awesome. Driving 70 mph down the freeway this truck gets about 30mpg, Drive 55mph on regular highways and this truck gets almost 40mpg. All around driving for me is about 26mpg. I used to fill up twice a week with my gas motor and now only once a week. Wireless Apple Carplay works great and the voice texting and mapping is a big plus. I also have the new SuperCruise feature which is awesome. Get on the freeway and set the supercruise on and the truck drives itself until i get to my exit (about 28 miles from home to work). Bose stereo is out of this world and all the storage is great to. I have a swingout bed toolbox, aluminum roll up tonneau cover, Lighted black GMC front emblem, Gloss Black 22" wheels, All Black decals and my dual exhaust bezels are black as well. I rotate the tires and change the oil every 5,000 miles. Couldn't ask for a better truck. Might get the ultimate next time as that has the messaging seats which i kinda wish I had.

I had the car I wanted transferred in and from start to end they kept me informed. The waiting period was a bit of a bummer, but knowing that my car was arriving made it worth the wait. Ryan was super he completed the transaction and put us in good hands. We had a minor defect with the windows but Ryan made sure it was taken care of . Overall we were quite pleased. Great truck to own. The 2023 GMC Sierra Denali with the 6.2L engine delivers excellent power, smooth performance, and a refined driving experience. The ride quality, interior comfort, and overall build quality are outstanding. I have had no issues whatsoever, and it has been a reliable, enjoyable vehicle from day one. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium full-size truck.

I called and spoke with Fedi , we discussed pricing and scheduled an appointment to see the car. I drove down from Fontana ,ca purchased the car with no haggle/pressure at all. Overall it was a good experience. With what I wanted in options, they said here is what we have on the lot. If we were to bring in the car, it would cost money. Therefore, I researched other cars, other dealers, and was ready to work with someone other than San Diego Land Rover. When approached San Diego Land Rover that I was going with someone else, they immediately, assisted me with what I wanted and honored the deal. Thank you....

Excellent riding quiet car with double DVD screens for the kiddo's. Plenty of power to pass and the safety features like adaptive cruise yield a well rounded vehicle.

This truck is the truck that all others should look up to. It rides great, will tow a house, runs smooth, and gets great fuel economy. The Allison transmission is so smooth. The AT4 looks great too.

I bought a 2016 Yukon XL and after just a few weeks, a vehicle ran a stop sign and totaled the vehicle. However, the vehicle was so sturdy that even though it was a huge crash, I was not injured more than bruises. I replaced it with a 2018 Yukon XL because I know it is reliable and safe.

I have purchased my last two used cars from this dealership and I’m happy with how everything went. I was in and out in just a couple of hours both times. They provide a hassle-free, easy experience and get right down to business. Bottom line, I got a great deal on my trade-in, they gave me a lower interest rate than my trusted bank did, and they were not pushy in the least. Another huge plus is that the dealership seemed really scrupulous about safety protocols and keeping things clean among this Covid crisis. They wiped down the keys every time they handed them to me, they wore masks, and the Finance Manager had a glass screen in front of his desk. I felt safe there.

I have had this car 5 years 90000 km. No problems so far, it has been exceptionally good. The only money I have spent is gas and oil changes. I. Would buy another one

I love my 2021 GMC Denali 2500HD. I have gotten more complements on this truck than any other vehicle that I have owned. I get great highway fuel milage average 19-26mpg,which is great for a heavy duty truck!

I've had mine for 12 years I've driven it a cross country 6 times. It is a fantastic vehicle. I pulled a small travel trailer and it didn't change my gas mileage one bit. From IL to LA California never a problem.
