My car broke down & went to buy a new one & found there was a repo on my credit from cosigning for someone. No dealer in Jacksonville or Wilmington was willing to help me. Grand Slam Auto gave me the runaround for 2 days on a car that wasn't even ready for purchase & was in no hurry to help me!! Walked into Hix Motors, explained my story to the owner & we made a deal. Amazed at the customer service Hix offers. It is hard & very rare to find a dealer that actually cares about the people rather than just the sale. And i didn't have to settle for a car I didn't want, got the car I had been looking for to begin with & I love it! Seriously, hats off to Hix Motors & the way they run their business. I would come back & recommend anyone, any day!
We have had two issues with our 2014 Taurus in the last 2 months; water pump and alternator. We deal with Al and both times he got the issues identified and estimates ready so everything was covered when he contacted us with the diagnosis. Both times services were done in a timely manner with the issues resolved.
Maintenance service on my vehicles has been very prompt and courteous. Emily has outstanding interpersonal skills and is a pleasure to work with. The service staff present themselves well and the technicians are very knowledgeable on the vehicles that they service.
My favorite car - a Orange Subaru Crosstek- was damaged in Hurricane Florence and I was in need of a new one. Luckily National Subaru have a nice new Orange one and as soon as I test drove it, I was hooked. My salesman, Chris Roush was just wonderful. Really explained all the new features on the 2019 model and I was feeling better about losing my old car and getting to own the latest model. This dealership goes way beyond customer service and everyone is very professional. Thanks to the entire team who turned a "tragic situation" into a new zest for life.
I???m very satisfied with the routine maintenance my Honda received. My only complaint, which isn???t necessarily related to the maintenance/ service team, is being called and messaged until i take a survey. I would really like to be able to just bring my car into to be maintenanced and cared for without having several calls, emails and texts the days to come.
We have bought 3 vehicles from Morre to date. There is no better group of folks to meet and exceed your wants and needs when it comes to buying a vehicle. Their finance team is fast and produces the deal with ease. I have horrible credit...bankruptcy ect. They were able to put me with a reputable lender....great interest rate and low payment. They really are a group of friends not sharks. Other dealerships turned me down and left me hanging....Morre didnt; they listened and made it happen. I didn't have to down grade or be put in a cheaper vehicle....my wife and I got exactly what we wanted. Like I said I have purchased 3 vehicles with them....they're a Class Act for sure.

It was a good experience and they???re always willing to work with you no matter what you have. Some are prior military which makes you feel a little more comfortable that they???re not just there to screw tou over. Overall I???m happy with my purchase.

This dealership really takes their time with their customers and personalizes the car buying experience. Joe Musulin was my salesman and he let me test drive cars over the period of two days, however he dealt with my family via email and phone for over a week! He found similar vehicles to what I already had (it was totaled) and stayed within my price range. He was truly understanding of my needs and not pushy whatsoever. I HIGHLY reccomend him as well as this dealership. They really care about and take care of their customers. Thank you!
Our horn was suppose to have been fixed under warrenty. After a short while it broke again. This time we paid to have it repaired and thought we should have not been charged but paid anyway.Brought in a 3rd time for repair and paid again. Now it is broken again. An employee called to ask about our service and if we were satisified and i told her about my problem . She said she would call me back and I never heard from her again. So now I am filling out my survey.
My wife and I have purchased 3 vehicles now at Moore. The paperwork part of purchasing a vehicle has been a very pleasant surprise, no games, gimmicks, or tricks. R.J., in Service is always ready to assist when having vehicles serviced, always done right the first time.
Every sales rep was very knowledgeable and caring of all the customers that came in. I worked with Bryant and Jeff to find the car the I really wanted even though I was very indecisive. I’ll definitely be recommending this dealership to everyone.
