They have great shuttle service, and they wash my car every time I take it in, and that is above and beyond service to me since I have so little time to get it done. I leave there feeling confident that my car is whole, and I feel safe knowing they check EVERYTHING so I don't have to worry. This truck is the base model and that is exactly what we were looking for. A good solid truck without all the fancy technology. It drives like a dream, handles just as well and the interior is sleek and well designed. Perfect black on black exterior.... a man's truck.

I have had my 2011 GMC Sierra for a few years now, i love it. i have hauled multiple loads of wood with the truck loaded too the max and a small trailer loaded to the max. can definitely feel the weight but my truck never hesitates at all. Very impressed with the performance of these trucks. i have worked at a ford dealership for years, but ill always drive a GMC.

I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

Small, low overhead dealership, but Tito was very helpful and the sale went smoothly. Only two issues ... the online listings are not updated frequently, and there were no floormats in my car, a 2012 Kia. No one could tell me if they were missing in action or did not arrive with the car.

Just trade in my 2015 GMC Denali with 140000 miles on it and still holding strong at trade in best SUV I ever had upgraded to the new 2021 Denali and boy do I love this SUV from comfort to outside design just an amazing new well designed SUV.

This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

Frank took great care of my wife and I. I called in the morning to inquire on an 18 Maxima. The car was located in Merced at their other lot. By the time I got off work, the car was in Fresno washed and ready. Negotiations were not stressful compared to my previous 11 purchases. When we are ready to trade in our other car, we'll be looking forward to working with Frank again.

I had ask for tire rotation and they didn't rotate the tires but accordingto the repor they did it, this is the second time they do this.

My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

Let's just say they have one of the best selection of trucks at the current moment in California, I don't know what their secret is but wow a good selection at a GREAT price. We came 6 hours out of our way to get a vehicle from here. They were easy to work with, and we had one hiccup and they were stand up guys and resolved it. You guys are a good honest business and should be proud of yourselves. Pat on the back!

2021 GMC sierra 1500, 5.3, crew cab 4x4, 21000 miles. brakepad monitor lites up. dealership says needs brakes and rotors in back. one mo. on warranty. our rural roads dirty up the monitor. Needs new monitor. brakes look great to me. No noises. dealer says parts on order GM strike. Can't replace myself cause of computer...

Waiting for the Refreshed 2022 AT4 was well worth it! With all the manufacturing issues today, building and shipping was slow, but understandable. Love the truck and the features! Fit is perfect and quality is #1. Pricing was too high but all vehicles are running this way. You get what you pay for and this truck is perfect! I have owned many trucks and this by far is the best. The latest features are beyond most other makes and GM has thought this truck through from front to rear.

I drive from Tracy because the staff treat everyone as they should ?A customer? They have the internal dialed for a great experience. Service flows great There are a few things externally that need to be updated Paint job and station for people to do work with WiFi with a fresh feel would give them the edge

I'm a first time buyer, and everything went smooth. Like almost too easy I couldn't believe it. I was approved at another dealership but Tito got me a lower interest rate and a really good deal on a truck. I like the variety of trucks there, and really good prices. I didn't even bother negotiating a lower price. Good to know dealerships like this exist! We will defiantly go back for the SUV next

Bought this truck used,I love the comfort. I used to have a ranger.I can fit my plywood in the bed and close it.It is a long bed.My 12 foot jon boat fits good,.better than the ranger and more comfortable

We drove two states over to McKenzie Buick GMC in Milton, FL to meet with Nick and make a purchase on our new Yukon Denali. Customer service was top notch. We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. I brought my car in on last minute on Friday because it wouldn?t start. They weren?t sure if the would be able to get my car done that Friday, so I might have to wait until Monday. They surprised me and has it done by 4 pm that Friday, with change of battery plus while they had my car I had them check all the fluids, and the check my breaks because of squealing noises. They told my they were going to clean breaks because my were still really good. I appreciate they told me the truth, and didn?t tell me I needed new breaks! Thank you for being truthful!!

I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

I had a problem with my late dad's truck that others weren't able to diagnose the problem and Tim with his service men immediately figured the problem. I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine
