I own a 2023 Sierra 1500 Elevation equipped with the 2.7L TurboMax, and it’s been outstanding. It currently has 23,000 flawless miles. I’ll admit, I was skeptical of the 2.7 at first, but I jumped in feet-first and have never looked back. Living in Colorado, I regularly tow a 5,000-pound travel trailer through the Rockies with zero performance issues. The truck pulls confidently, handles grades with ease, and still delivers impressive fuel economy—23–24 mpg on the highway and about 18 mpg in town. I couldn’t be happier with this setup. If there is a negative to mention, that would be that after three years of ownership, the black wheels havent grown on me, and Im beginning to hate em. :) Lastly, the mpg while towing drops to 9mpg which is similar to that of a V8. All said, its been a great truck. :)

GMC Diesel Canyon AT4. I've had this truck for a year-11,000 miles. I love it. The Denali and Elevation trim looked like junk. The AT4 can't compete with the Tacoma off road but, It holds it's own off road. The Diesel pulls like a beast and the exhuast brake, on all the moutain passes I drive, is worth it's wieght in Gold. I trailer the max. capacity regularly and it's smooth sailing. I traded in my 2500HD Silverado with the vortec 6.0 for this big, little truck. Best decision I've made in a while. I had this truck on order for 8 months and Gm never accepted the order. I finally found exactly what I ordered, just off the truck that morning that I called. 1300 miles away, I jumped on a plane to go get it. Crying shame GMC discontinued the diesel. The extra $ per gallon right now is easily washed by the increase in mileage, 32+ higway, 19 trallering almost 8000 #'s. I wouldn't want the truck without it. Wouldn't want the Elevation or Denali. Diesel AT4 is the truck. I'll keep it the rest of my life barring accident. I'm sure I can get 40 years out of this truck doing 10-12k a year. The regeneration of the exhaust has never come up but, I only do a little round town driving. Most of my miles are highway and hauling a load. I've heard horror stories about regen. from city folk, commuters... You get what you aim for. If you've given it a lot of thought and the diesel AT4 seems right for you, you won't be disappointed. I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. Very happy with this 2024

I love my 2022 GMC Canyon Elevation. The V6 engine is great. Good gas mileage, even for the way I drive it! Great comfort and very stylish. All around, just a great truck.

This is a luxury suv with plenty of room. I'm still learning the features. It is a smooth ride with a great interior. Great for towing a popup camper.

Emails were great but unfortunately I was a day late and vehicle was sold already. Just bad luck. Nothing bad to say about dealership because it never got to a point of judgement.

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

I purchased my new GMC Canyon Elevation 4x4 Crew Cab a month ago and it's been a pleasure to drive to this point. I think it rides very well for a truck which disagrees with the Cars.com review. It has plenty of power with the V6 and 8-speed transmission for passing. I have yet to tow with it but that's coming next month when I tow a flat bed trailer with 2 ATV's on it. I love the 18" tires and blacked out wheels which gives it a much higher stance than my old 2010 Colorado 4x4. The truck stands very tall for a mid-size model and it gives me a great view of the road behind the wheel. I love the Infotainment system with Sirus XM, Spotify, etc. The soft-lowering tailgate is nice and so is the auto-locking feature. It doesn't have standard features such as lane departure, blind spot warning, adaptive cruise control, etc. My wife's Subaru Forester came standard with those features whereas the Canyon has them as an add-on option. Not a deal breaker. The lack of decent rubber all-weather floor mats were a disappointment so I had to order them along with splash guards. I'm not sure about the Goodyear Fortitude tires in the winter since the reviews don't rate them well in deep snow. If I have to, I will install 4 snow tires. So far I love the truck and I love the Satin Steel color. It's a major upgrade from my 2010 Colorado 4x4. It's a bit early but I would definitely recommend this truck to a prospective buyer.

2019 Canyon Denali. All sorts of bells and whistles, several that I don't really need. Biggest complaint: no memory seats and no Homelink garage opener. Ridiculous. What accountant made that decision?

I love my 2021 GMC Denali 2500HD. I have gotten more complements on this truck than any other vehicle that I have owned. I get great highway fuel milage average 19-26mpg,which is great for a heavy duty truck!

Just trade in my 2015 GMC Denali with 140000 miles on it and still holding strong at trade in best SUV I ever had upgraded to the new 2021 Denali and boy do I love this SUV from comfort to outside design just an amazing new well designed SUV.

I paid over $106,000 for this truck with warranty. Do not care much about miles per gal. at that that price range. Just too much truck for me at my age.

I just purchased a 2024 Yukon Denali XL. This is my 3rd Yukon. So needless to say I am sold on this style of vehicle. The style and comfort are impeccable. Had a 2009, 2019 and now a 2024 XL. Never had any problems.
