Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. I had an extraordinary experience at the Honda in Tarrytown. Initially, I received poor service from a Honda dealership in New Rochelle. I inquired on buying out my lease and the previous dealership stopped showing interest in helping me. I felt so defeated and stressed after receiving discouraging emails from the New Rochelle dealership. I took a few days to brainstorm on where to go next. I decided to call the Honda in Tarrytown dealership and expressed my concerns to the finance manager Jose. Jose was empathetic and apologetic about my experience at the previous dealership. He assured me that I would be treated with care. He stood true to his word. I spoke with one of the salesmen Anthony who was very professional and helpful. I made an appointment with him on Sunday to discuss financing options. Due to unfortunate personal circumstances, Anthony could not be present for our appointment. I did not mind and completely understand. When I walked in on Sunday, all staff members were so welcoming and friendly. Offered me water, tea, or coffee. I had the opportunity to sit with a kind gentleman, Bobby Zimmer. I was very nervous walking in, and Bobby has to be one of the kindest salesmen I have ever met! He put my mind at ease. He certainly was genuine, addressed my concerns, and was very detailed with me providing me with paperwork so I understood the process fully. Although I did not buy a new car, he made me feel equally as important as someone who was. This means so much to me. I also want to give a shout out to business manager, Carlos who was equally as helpful and kind. I could not stop thanking them. I got approved for financing and officially bought out my car! It felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders! I have to write, if you are someone who wants to deal with an honest dealership who truly cares about providing great customer service then Honda in Tarrytown is the dealership for you! 2021 GMC sierra 1500, 5.3, crew cab 4x4, 21000 miles. brakepad monitor lites up. dealership says needs brakes and rotors in back. one mo. on warranty. our rural roads dirty up the monitor. Needs new monitor. brakes look great to me. No noises. dealer says parts on order GM strike. Can't replace myself cause of computer...

Great dealership to work with. I had the pleasure of dealing with Zeeshan, Willie and Akbar and I have to say it was the best interaction I had in any car sales. They were professional, courteous and actually cared about what we wanted. Most importantly, they were honest. Communication was too notch and I was updated every step of the way by text or call. They went out of their way to make sure we had the best sales experience from beginning to end. The car itself is beautiful and they didn't cut any corners in the sale. Got the duramax diesel and getting 24 city and 32 highway is very good. Truck drives nice and is very comfortable. My 2 issues with this truck is the backup camera at night is useless (very dark) and interior lighting is not very good. You would have thought a 78k truck would have footwell lights, but it doesn’t.

I bought my 2020 with 36k miles a couple of years ago and I now have 60k miles of trouble free very enjoyable driving. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The ride is so quiet and comfortable my wife and I prefer traveling in it instead of our 2018 Acura MDX which we also love. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power and towing ability. The multi-function tail gate is genius, I hope to never be without one again. We so enjoy all the bells and whistles, especially the wireless phone charger. So glad I bought this truck!

Overall I am very happy with my new Truck. GMC however needs to address their software glitch where the display screen intermittently stops working or the audio cuts in and out. I keep hearing a software update is being worked on but that was a while ago?

I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

Ryan was very informative! He took his time to explain important information as well as answer the stupid questions my wife had! The atmosphere in the place was very welcoming and having the Ryan as my sales consultant made everything even better!

Laurie Dunn was a pleasure working with while the dealership was fixing my SUV, she kept me UpToDate with what was going on. All in all, everyone I spoke to while at the dealership was very helpful from the showroom members to service even the valet guy.

I purchased pre-owned 2020 1500 SLT in February of this year. The truck rides comfortable and has plenty of room front and rear. My and I both enjoy it. My only drawback is the turn radius (lock to lock). It lacks compared to my wife's 2018 Yukon SLT, or the 2016 Ram I traded in. Have to many times maneuver twice to park it going forward or reverse. Otherwise happy with our purchase.

This is the nicest truck I have ever owned. Lots of features. Takes a while to learn what all it does but a really enjoyable vehicle.

I bought a 2016 Sierra. The vehicle was really clean. I was coming from a far distance to buy the vehicle, I asked the salesman a few questions, one of them was “ I know it looks clean in the pictures but what’s it really look like”. He replied back that he would go look it over. He texted me a picture of the front seat and explained there is a small hole in the fabric and said to me, if I was driving all this way to look at a vehicle I would want to know about this hole. The hole was very minor and decided to make the drive. The salesman stayed open late knowing that I was coming and the truck was very clean as he described. Smooth easy transaction and really happy with the service and my new truck.

The Yukon checked all of my needs, I have plenty of room for my children and my Great Danes. I enjoy driving the Yukon and how it handles, overall love this vehicle!

I purchased to replace a 2017 Tahoe that I loved. Love this vehicle even more. Magnetic ride control, additional safety features the Tahoe did not have are great. Heated steering wheel a great feature. Heated AND cooled seats, will never be without again. Additional power of the Denali 6.2L vs. the 5.3L engine in the Tahoe is impressive. Bose sound system is outstanding.

I have a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali with the 3.0 Diesel engine. I have 20,000 miles on it at the time of writing this. Never owned a diesel before and now i don't think i will own another one without it. I LOVE the engine in this truck. Only complaint would be that it likes DEF fluid while towing so pick up some extra DEF before you head out to tow something. Put about 8K miles on it this summer without adding any DEF fluid. seems to use a little more in the winter or when towing. Very quiet for a deisel and the fuel economy is awesome. Driving 70 mph down the freeway this truck gets about 30mpg, Drive 55mph on regular highways and this truck gets almost 40mpg. All around driving for me is about 26mpg. I used to fill up twice a week with my gas motor and now only once a week. Wireless Apple Carplay works great and the voice texting and mapping is a big plus. I also have the new SuperCruise feature which is awesome. Get on the freeway and set the supercruise on and the truck drives itself until i get to my exit (about 28 miles from home to work). Bose stereo is out of this world and all the storage is great to. I have a swingout bed toolbox, aluminum roll up tonneau cover, Lighted black GMC front emblem, Gloss Black 22" wheels, All Black decals and my dual exhaust bezels are black as well. I rotate the tires and change the oil every 5,000 miles. Couldn't ask for a better truck. Might get the ultimate next time as that has the messaging seats which i kinda wish I had.

I bought a Chevy Trail Blazer four years ago from Superior. It is still a joy to drive and very reliable. In June 2020, in the height of the Pandemic, I needed a second car and knew just where to look! Brandon Motard helped us find the Trail Blazer and helped us find a gorgeous 2013 GMC Acadia. This well maintained beauty floats down the road like she is brand new! Joe Usewicz was key to finalizing the deal, such as handling getting the registration and license plates, even though the DMV is closed. Do yourself a big favor and save yourself some headaches by seeing Superior first. No pressure and very high quality used cars, trucks, and SUVs. My third car will be from Superior!! They are honest and treat you right. Just look at the other reviews and count how many people are repeat customers. There is a reason for that! I made the two hour drive to find my perfect car and it was worth every mile to get there!

This truck is the base model and that is exactly what we were looking for. A good solid truck without all the fancy technology. It drives like a dream, handles just as well and the interior is sleek and well designed. Perfect black on black exterior.... a man's truck.

I brought my 2020 Telluride in for recall work. The experience was excellent, from booking the appointment, to picking the car up. I dropped my car off the night before my appointment and the drop box was easy to use. The service department called me mid-morning to let me know they had the car in and when I could pick it up. When I got there, the car was ready, they had also done the inspection, which I had forgot was due, AND they had washed the car. Everyone I spoke with, whether on the phone or in person, was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend Kia of Middletown!

My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!
