(The only disappointment about this vehicle so far is, and this has nothing to do with Honda West: It is not possible to change outside temperature from �F to �C like the Canadian model and many other vehicles sold in the United States. If Honda has a way to do it without voiding the warranty I will highly appreciate to hear.)

This was the best buying experience we have had in a long time. Everyone was great ! our sales guys Kyle and Temiko were polite and knowledgeable. The Sales Manager Winston was a standout !!!! The finance guy Dan was super nice and made that part of the deal painless. Every question was answered, salesman were not pushy. Sales manager listened very well to what we wanted. We came away very happy !!!!

Friendly staff, great price for the car. There was a far bit of waiting around but with the volume of cars they are shifting on a daily basis, it was kind of expected. From the very short test drive to driving out with my car was around 45 minutes.Would definitely use then again.

This 2014 truck is only 2 yrs newer than my last truck- same model and trim package, but it's got SO much more inside and out. And 36,000 less miles. Sits a little higher with the 18" wheels and tires, and the interior, dash and radio upgrades are amazing.

Every department at Robertsons has knowledgeable employees that are extremely friendly and helpful. Saw truck on their website it was reasonably priced and looked very clean. Drove hour and half to get there was not dissapointed. Merlin was great to deal with upfront and honest. Facilities were very nice and clean. Buying process was simple and easy unlike big dealerships. Truck runs great will return when looking for another vehicle. Friendly courtious customer service! Many have complimented truck asking where we found such a great looking used truck. Burkholder Truck Sales is the place to go for used vehicles!

We managed to come to an agreement and purchased the car we wanted. There was not much negotiation, but the car was well priced to begin with. We agreed to pay $500 additional in order to drive the car away and have our mechanic inspect it. We got a week to report any issues and could return the car for a full refund if not satisfied by any necessary repairs. Ultimately the car checked out and the only problem was a piece of windshield trim that flew off on the way home. We negotiated a $200 refund and got the repair done by our mechanic so we didn’t have to drive the car back to the dealer. So far, so good.
