On the second contact both my daughter and her husband were able to be there and they too were very impressed and satisfied and they purchased the vehicle. Christopher is very detailed to make sure all steps of the purchase and delivery process were completed including a tour of the dealership service department and introduction with the Service Manager and Service Advisor. All other employees we encountered at the dealership were also very friendly and efficient - finance, sales manager, cashier and other sales staff. This 2014 truck is only 2 yrs newer than my last truck- same model and trim package, but it's got SO much more inside and out. And 36,000 less miles. Sits a little higher with the 18" wheels and tires, and the interior, dash and radio upgrades are amazing.

Excellent vehicle for cargo and passengers. Reliable and easy maintenance. Great value for price. Good for long trips as well as short distance driving. Strong engine. Maintenance is very affordable.

We managed to come to an agreement and purchased the car we wanted. There was not much negotiation, but the car was well priced to begin with. We agreed to pay $500 additional in order to drive the car away and have our mechanic inspect it. We got a week to report any issues and could return the car for a full refund if not satisfied by any necessary repairs. Ultimately the car checked out and the only problem was a piece of windshield trim that flew off on the way home. We negotiated a $200 refund and got the repair done by our mechanic so we didn’t have to drive the car back to the dealer. So far, so good.

Saw truck on their website it was reasonably priced and looked very clean. Drove hour and half to get there was not dissapointed. Merlin was great to deal with upfront and honest. Facilities were very nice and clean. Buying process was simple and easy unlike big dealerships. Truck runs great will return when looking for another vehicle. Friendly courtious customer service!
