My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

Nice styling,interior has a new design dash which is beautiful and convenient,safety features and cameras are great and easy to used and the active cruise is awesome.

Do not need salesman trying to sell me a car while I'm waiting on an oil change. I know the game, just don't want to play it.

This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

The dealership was very accommodating. We came in close to closing time and had no issue test driving the vehicle we were interested in. Wonderful experience!

2021 GMC sierra 1500, 5.3, crew cab 4x4, 21000 miles. brakepad monitor lites up. dealership says needs brakes and rotors in back. one mo. on warranty. our rural roads dirty up the monitor. Needs new monitor. brakes look great to me. No noises. dealer says parts on order GM strike. Can't replace myself cause of computer...

I bought my 2020 with 36k miles a couple of years ago and I now have 60k miles of trouble free very enjoyable driving. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The ride is so quiet and comfortable my wife and I prefer traveling in it instead of our 2018 Acura MDX which we also love. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power and towing ability. The multi-function tail gate is genius, I hope to never be without one again. We so enjoy all the bells and whistles, especially the wireless phone charger. So glad I bought this truck!

I bought this 2017 Tahoe w LT trim new. Have 60K on it now and have had no issues with it. We are not towing with it or doing high speed racing so we find the 5.3L Motor is smooth and quiet (and have not had any lifter issues which others have reported). Transmission and suspension also smooth. We keep Michelins on all our vehicles and have found this Tahoe very quiet and comfortable for road trips with 4-6 people and luggage. The LT trim pkg deleted some comfort items I wish I had (like heated steering wheel) but it still is pretty much leather-and-loaded so it was a good value at the time. I have had Suburbans for 35yrs before purchasing this Tahoe and I will probably go back to a Suburban for the extra cargo space when I trade this Tahoe in. But this has been a nice and reliable vehicle for us. No complaints.

The Yukon checked all of my needs, I have plenty of room for my children and my Great Danes. I enjoy driving the Yukon and how it handles, overall love this vehicle!

Waiting for the Refreshed 2022 AT4 was well worth it! With all the manufacturing issues today, building and shipping was slow, but understandable. Love the truck and the features! Fit is perfect and quality is #1. Pricing was too high but all vehicles are running this way. You get what you pay for and this truck is perfect! I have owned many trucks and this by far is the best. The latest features are beyond most other makes and GM has thought this truck through from front to rear.

Got the duramax diesel and getting 24 city and 32 highway is very good. Truck drives nice and is very comfortable. My 2 issues with this truck is the backup camera at night is useless (very dark) and interior lighting is not very good. You would have thought a 78k truck would have footwell lights, but it doesn’t.

I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

GMC Canyon Denali with the 2.7 Duramax diesel is a loaded power house with great fuel economy. 4x4 has a towing capacity of 7000 pounds, the best in class. 31 MPG on the highway! Previously owned a Tacoma but it would not pull our travel trailer with the V-6. Highly recommend the Canyon diesel, if you can find one!

There are certain things that a dealership can do to leave a lasting impression on their customers. My wife and I had such an occurrence yesterday. A very positive occurrence. We intended to purchase a new Toyota Sienna. But the key for us was my wife's ability (she is wed to a wheelchair) to actually get into the front seat passenger side since she cannot drive. No such luck. Unlike our 2020 Honda Odyssey, which is easy for her, the Sienna was unfortunately about 5 inches too tall for her to reach the seat. What made the experience so memorable for us was the combination of Mike Lasiter (salesman) and Eddie Powell (sales mgr). They tried so many different approaches including seeing if they could find a replacement seat which would allow my wife easier access. It was amazing to see these two work so hard to help a customer. Sure they wanted to sell a car. But they went way beyond that to help us. In addition, I cannot imagine a customer finding a better facility to both purchase a car and to also have it serviced. The dealership's attention to detail on customer service was amazing. They had 72 service bays, a wonderful seating area for their customers, actual food customers could purchase instead of just a vending machine and to top it off, they offered a manicure service , free of charge, to any customer waiting for their car. Try matching that at most dealers. Each employee we spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful (Yvette Pete Acree, etc). So the upshot of the visit was Eddie Powell and Mike Lasiter ended up recommending we go to Kia Union County dealership up the road and take a look at their vehicles which might fit my wife's need. So we did and ended up purchasing a new Kia minivan. And all the while I wished we could have become a customer of Scott Clark's dealership. So if you happen to be in the market for a new or used vehicle, I could not imagine a better sales and service experience or perhaps better said, a tremendous customer experience than that at Scott Clark Toyota. And no I am not a paid employee or anything like that. I am a customer who knows great customer service when he sees and experiences it.

I love my 2018 GMC Acadia just wished windows were tinted and had a tv for kids and grandkids overall I have had this truck for 2 years and I Love it and use it for family drives cuz of how much room it has I have even used it for work meetings and we all travel to the meeting together .

I drove 2 hours to go take a look at what I felt like was my dream mommy mobile. Turns out, in fact the vehicle I looked at was. Shelby Sides was my sales representative and she was amazing to work with. She impressed me right from the start by having the vehicle parked under the shelter waiting for me to arrive because it was forecasted to rain most of the day. That was a personable touch I felt really hit the mark in terms of customer service. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle; if I asked a question she didn’t know the answer to with confidence, she went and got the answer for me. She gave my mom and I free reign over test driving and looking the car over without any pressure, and the few minor things we did find she put her nose to the grindstone and addressed all of our concerns. Every single person we interacted with from Shelby on the sales floor to Nathan the sales manager, and yes even to Ashley the finance manager were all top notch, professional, and friendly. They all really made my mom and I feel like we were part of their family. They gave us a very good price on the new vehicle and made sure we were well taken care of, they even included a full tank of gas for my ride home, which is something most dealers just don’t do anymore. I felt respected the entire time I was there and walked away as a very satisfied customer. I would 100% recommend them to anybody who is in the market for a new or new-to-them car. They were the only dealer in NC who had the exact make, model, trim level, color scheme, and satisfactory mileage I was looking for. It ended up being a truly perfect buying experience! I have loved and owned Chevy and GMC midsized trucks since 98 when I purchased a used S-10. My latest purchase is a 2021 GMC Canyon Denali bought brand new. It's been a great truck until my power steering unit went out due to corrosion. It only has 32,200 miles on it and I have never gotten it wet other than car washes and driving in the rain which is normal conditions. I had purchased a mid grade extended warranty through GMC after my lease was up and purchased the truck. I am being told this is NOT covered due to it being external wiring. So I feel this is a manufacturing malfunction and bad engineering for water to be able to get in to cause such corrosion so beware. This is an open case filed with GM currently to hopefully rectify the matter.

Had my vehicle serviced at Monroe Nissan. They were transparent about timing, cost of various services up front, and got it done quickly. I appreciated this as its not always the case.
