I am pleased with my recent purchase of a 2018 Honda Civic from Key Honda. I enjoyed working with Kyle and he certainly is a an asset to have on staff at Key Honda. He is very easy to work with, helpful with all questions, & knows the product. He also kept me informed. I definitely would refer other folks to him. Andrew was also very good to work with on the finance end and is an asset to Key Honda. There is a lot to unpack on his end of things and he made it easy for me. I interacted with Dallas briefly in the beginning and he was quite helpful and pleasant as well. I have driven Honda for the last two cars that I have owned and hope to be as pleased with this car.

My Van is loaded up, the only problem I had was immediately after I got it GM added the things I wanted to the 2013's.
Nav, Back Up Camera ?
Why not before, and why $10,000 for a Diesel upgrade and that's without the Allison Transmission? Why?
Overall, good Van, 15mpg at 76mph on highway, 10 City. Lots of power with the 6.0
The team really worked as a well-trained team. Staff was nice and very patient with all our questions, which they answered thoroughly. We've been dealing with Kinney's since the late 1980's, but due to circumstances, have not dealt with them in several years. We're back now and look forward to a long working relationship with them.

I’ve had the vehicle for a short while. Thus far it’s smooth sailing except for the Driver’s side seat warmer.
We’ll see how much of pain in the patootskie it is to get it rectified but overall I’m happy with the vehicle.
I’ve received a lot of compliments on it and am proud of the image it portrays for my General Contracting company.

I originally had a 2015 terrain which was AWD and loved it. After leasing my current 2017 Terrain - which is FWD -I feel the car is tailored for a man. The finger holds on the steering wheel, for example, are sized for a man - my hand just doesn’t grip properly. My next vehicle I would like to find something that rides a little less like a “truck” and the Bluetooth has never worked properly which was used by Gavin as a selling point.
This is the most honest and fair dealership in the north country. The staff is extremely informative and really do everything they can to get the customer the best deal..

Overall I really like it and enjoy it but the little things annoy me terribly. Re: cracks in dash and rear door window motors and a/c relay, when they know something is bad and put it in anyway. I think of the challenger space craft??

Wish more attention was given to comfort of cooling and heating rear passenger seating. No rear vents in back at all. This was overlooked during my purchased but became very apparent when I was a back set rider during a hot summer day being transported home from surgery.
I have purchased a couple vehicles from Kinney and have come to appreciate how well they stand behind the vehicles they sell. From a helpful and fair sales team to a top shelf service department, I found Kinney to be a team I can trust. I worked with Chris, Graham and David in the sales group to acquire my new ride and when I had some concerns, Ashley & Steve in the service department went the extra mile to get me back on the road the day I brought it in. Solid people running a solid dealership!

Sweet style and practical use for hard work. The miles per gallon were nice especially for Highway use. The four wheel drive was a blessing too.
It is well worth the trip from Vermont to have my vehicles serviced here. Service mgr, Chuck Weeden, and staff are always courteous, professional and honest.

Has all the room we need with 3 kids in car seats, plus the additional space behind the 3rd row for luggage or cargo. The captain's seats in the 2nd row are heated and allow for 4 adults to ride in comfort in 2 front rows. The cooled front seats are my favorite option as a FL resident!
Ashley was my service advisor, she was great. I left my vehicle overnight without an appointment. She worked with the technician to make sure it was fixed correctly and that it was completed as promised. Definitely a 5 star experience with Ashley. I highly recommend her

15 years old, and 80k miles. It's a great truck, probably last the rest of my life. Been wrecked by being rear-ended by another pickup and rebuilt by an excellent body shop - and you'd never know it been hit. Minor nits: sensor on top of the gas tank quit working, $49 part but hundreds in labor to drop the tank and replace. Speedo cluster replaced under recall. Delco radio CD now fails to eject CDs, even though it has hardly ever been used.
Recently an insurance claim for a new car seat was installed at Kinney. It was done with professionalism and the claim was totally accepted although I did not purchase my Crosstrek from Kinney. I mentioned a noise when breaking to have checked out. Replacement of rotors and pads were done for me under warranty. I was and am very pleased with Kinney service. That you so much.

I am not sure I believe it can be a good truck need under body done bad due to rust from salt on both side and the interior need to be done upper ceiling on passenger side and need new tires bald no tread on either side of the tires need money in the truck to fix up.
I can not say enough about working with Key, Jermey, and Mike! Extremely helpful and pleasant. Laying out the options for me from the moment I went in and never expecting anything out of me. Jermey was beyond amazing to work with keeping me updated on everything that was taking place in the whole process. I would and will go back to work with him.

My 2017 GMC Sierra SLT is the best truck I ever owned. The headlights are very bright making it easier to see at night with the automatic highbeams. The Bose radio has excellent sound. I average 20 miles to a gallon in the city. The seats are very comfortable and the back seat in the crew cab has plenty of room for adults. The interior is very quite. The parking sensors and lane guidance system work very well. Yes, I love this truck.
Excellent business. I am very impressed with everything about this place. I have bought vehicles from here as well as getting them serviced. You could not ask for a better, more honest business. I'd like to thank Chuck, Bob, Eric, and one of the best mechanics around-Jason and the rest of the team for all of their hard work and dedication in getting my truck up and running. I got a lemon. Roof leaking, received damaged spare tire/equipment, transmission is slipping, heated seats failed already, the dealerships/service are awful. I will never buy another GMC ever. Not to mention, second model from top Denali... no heat to the backseat!!!
I have purchased a few vehicles from Carey's over the years and I have always been completely satisfied with my entire experience. They are wonderful people to deal with and always go above and beyond to make us happy customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle, and we will surely return in the future.

I loved this truck, looked great, drove great. Only downfall was the 4.8 l motor. Drove excellent by itself but as soon as you hooked a trailer up it lagged down pretty bad. I only pulled a trailer on occasion and it was a 7x14 enclosed which shouldn’t have been too heavy for the truck. Fuel mileage was also about 12-14 on average which i thought was terrible compared to the 5.3. It was very reliable and never gave me any issues, but it just wasn’t what I needed at the time.
Everyone was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Very smooth turning in one lease vehicle and replacing with a new one. Have been doing business with Alderman's for over 30 years and have never been disappointed.

This vehicle from the start had issues. At 2,000 miles the auto stop feature failed and I was stuck in the middle of an intersection. I had to turn the vehicle off and restart it to get the engine to re-engage. Which then I got pulled over from a police officer because I hesitated too long at the intersection. The dealership had it for 1.5 weeks as it needed a new battery and cam shaft cylinoids. The local dealership had been great but GM directly is horrible. It now has radio software issues that I have had it in now twice for it and still isn't working properly. I had a 2017 Acadia before this one that was so unsafe GM ended up buying back from me. I will buy from the dealership again but I will never ever purchase anything from General Motors again.
