My husband and I recently visited Ferguson Subaru and purchased a 2025 Subaru Touring. We love it, this is probably our 6th Subaru. The outbacks drive so well . Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. I own a 2021 Yukon Denali with 23K. At nearly $90k, I purchased every option except for the silly entertainment screens fastened to the back of the front seat headrests. (nice for leaving the imprint of your passenger's faces on the screen in an accident - buy a couple of iPads. First of all, kudos to GM engineers. Technology actually exceeds German cars I've owned. Rear view camera is GREAT and adjustable for brightness, distance and width. But, make sure you purchase the washer for the rear lens...Miirror is almost unusable in rain..(blurring with rain and dirt quickly. I'm 6'2" and really ticked-off there isn't a handle on the "A" pillar to grab to pull into the driver's seat. They put a handle at the upper center of the door opening. What is that for? I have to grab the steering wheel (fortunately rigid with the engine off). Another big problem is the loss of both knees in a frontal accident. With the steering wheel all the way back, I can't even come close to stretching my leg out. Really! A couple of bigger issues: I know the front of this vehicle is right off of the truck, but the end result of the gigantic, unsloped hood, is the inability to see anything 12 feet in front of you. And making right turns.....better memorize that curb before you start your right turn because you won't see it again. Just "that look " from your wife as you run over the curb again with your right rear wheel. Lastly, I hope someone from GM reads this.....With all the awesome high-tech items on this car, why are there no "turn" lights? You know, the lights that let you see where you're going, especially right turns. Porsche has LED lights designated for turns that light up the whole area you're turning into. In the Yukon at least I'll see what I ran over with the terrific rear view mirror! My only intermittent mechanical annoyance is when I push the door handle to lock the doors. It's supposed to fold the mirrors in which is a good way to check you locked the vehicle. occasionally , they don't fold and I have to push the button 4 times. Of course, the mechanic needs only to push the button till it works and tell me it's working. Twice. Guess they win. I'll live with it. Now for the rest: Fantastic overall vehicle! With the air suspension it rides better than Mercedes or Lexus. I always get positive remarks from passengers. The steering wheel control for the Active Cruise control is absolutely perfect. I've driven between Arizona and Colorado without taking my hands off the wheel (just moving my thumb). And the engine, I LOVE THE INLINE 3.0 DIESEL! Almost got the 6 liter but took a chance on the diesel that just came out (in 2021). Same exact torque as the V8 and great for passing. The big difference ..... I had to take a photo of my dash to prove to my friends....heading back to Phoenix with 256 miles on the odometer averaging 30.2 mpg going the speed limit! My Porsche Cayenne gets 19.6mpg (not going the speed limit). The 9 cameras help when parking unless your wife is with you. When I come to a stop I'm waiting for my wife to hold up the 1 to 10 signs like the judges in the olympics. And lastly, For a car that will raise 5" in 4 low, why does the car come with 1 ply polyester sidewalls ? I'm not comfortable on gravel or rocky roads for fear of a sidewall puncture. I highly recommend this vehicle. The designers did a great job making this big vehicle look sleek and smaller than it is. I'm a bit unnerved when I see a vehicle like mine come flying into a parking spot for a perfect 4-point landing and the driver is a 110 lb soccer mom. And I just spent 20 minutes with a micrometer adjusting my position so I don't get "that look" again from my wife. Good luck and hope it's reliable.

I wanted to learn more about the Trax model. I liked my Equinox but it was just a bigger vehicle than I needed. The sales team of Christian and Shelby were very helpful and informative. It quickly became apparent that the Trax was exactly what I needed and liked. Yes, I purchased a Trax that day.

Fairly good. The theme was a no commission sales. So the person assigned to me wasn’t going to try to sell me. Well I’m an older man so I really wasn’t worried about that. The car I was interested in was getting some work done so I had to wait a bit. After driving it I knew it was a decent price and I had already researched the worth of my trade. They gave me my price for my trade and the deal was done. Now I have learned that the real profit is made in the closing process. I was just too tired to deal with that. So the next day I went in to finish up. There definitely was some pressure to buy an extended warranty and furture service. But my salesman really wasn’t able to get me to buy any of that. So in closing, I got a good deal on the car and a decent price for my trade. But an inexperienced buyer may have ended up with a lot more cost. So know what you’re buying and selling and don’t get talked into buying something that you really don’t need.

I purchased to replace a 2017 Tahoe that I loved. Love this vehicle even more. Magnetic ride control, additional safety features the Tahoe did not have are great. Heated steering wheel a great feature. Heated AND cooled seats, will never be without again. Additional power of the Denali 6.2L vs. the 5.3L engine in the Tahoe is impressive. Bose sound system is outstanding.

I highly recommend Zenith Automotive. They were not pushy or persuasive and they seem to genuinely care about the cars they sell. They even paid for a battery several months after I bought the car.

Just trade in my 2015 GMC Denali with 140000 miles on it and still holding strong at trade in best SUV I ever had upgraded to the new 2021 Denali and boy do I love this SUV from comfort to outside design just an amazing new well designed SUV.

Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. Very happy with this 2024

Had some issues from other local dealership with honest and quality service for my sons car. Spoke to the service department at Tulsa Hyundai where I have always had my car serviced. Scott went above and beyond to get issue covered under an extended warranty that Hyundai had issued for this problem, even though mileage was over limit. Scott is always friendly and professional. Great service.

This Yukon XL has exceeded our expectations. We upgraded from a 2014 XL and it's like apples and oranges. From a size standpoint, the new design allows my 6'6 son to sit in the 3rd row. Not possible on the 2014 xl. Also, they have upgraded all of the finishes and with the new 10 speed tranny the XL drives and feels amazing. We also opted for the 3.0 diesel as that's what was available. We didn't even test drive one as they are hard to find - but man are we happy with the engine, gas mileage, and just how quiet it is. In city driving we're getting about 22 mpg, and then on highway expect to get about 27. Safety features and heads up display all work great. And, the sunroof thing is amazingly huge. Well done GMC and I highly recommend the Yukon XL to anyone that needs to move people in comfort. :)

Once he got the information he asked me to have a seat in the lobby and help myself to donuts and coffee. After a few short minutes I received a text from Frank letting me know that if I had any questions to just call him at this number. Frank always goes above and beyond to make my trip to the dealership go as quick and smoothly as possible. If I?ve ever had any questions Frank has always found me the best options and given me great advice. I will always use Southe Point as my dealership for service work and when I get ready to buy a new truck I?m gonna ask Frank for suggestions.
