I am 53 years old, and have bought several vehicles over my lifetime. In the past I have traditionally been a Ford guy. I was treated poorly in my opinion by Swope Ford and refuse to go back. When I stepped into BIG M, I had a completely different experience. I was greeted instantly, I was helped throughout the entire process (even when we were difficult, and couldn?t decide). The best part was My wife and I were never pressured at any point. The Big M team was fantastic, and I am a new loyal customer!

Upon calling in reference to a truck, Steve - the owner, took care of myself and my fiance' personally, before turning us over to Rod. Rod seemed very knowledgeable about the '07 Titan we were interested in, and took the time to listen to our requests and concerns. Being a fresh trade in, there was a minor issue with the front differential, of which they are taking care of in their maintenance shop. Having set up an appointment, Steve had it detailed beforehand for us. Low and behold, an hour later, we drove off the lot in a "NEW TO YOU," handsome Titan. Thanks 44 Auto Mart, you took care of us! We drove two states over to McKenzie Buick GMC in Milton, FL to meet with Nick and make a purchase on our new Yukon Denali. Customer service was top notch. We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. I was picked up from the airport by Joseph. He treated me well and knew that I did not have time being that I had to drive 10 hours to get back to my base so he had everything taken care of for me to speed up the process. The other staff was very polite and helpful. I also enjoyed that the dealership is military friendly. I consider both the dealer and the individuals that they employ there to be great people.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

This was our first visit to the Corydon dealership. We were met at the door by Seth Capps who greeted us and continued to help us with looking for a truck. Seth was very knowledgeable about all the trucks we looked at. We also spoke with the General Sales Manager, Keith Lovelace who helped us discuss a disagreement with the cost of our trade-in and we came to an agreeable amount. Decided on a 2022 Silverado and happy with cost out the door. Very friendly and knowledgeable people. The dealership is kept very clean and set up nicely. I would definitely sent people to John Jones in Corydon.

READ PLEASE I love my Terrain. DO NOT get the 1.5 L. My engine has barely made it over 100,000 I have had $6k of repairs in less than a year. Things keep going wrong now. I had NO issues before. Catalytic converter went out 75-85k miles. My turbo was just replaced. Just beware of this type of engine… every mechanic that worked on it shared this is not uncommon for this type. I would definitely get another terrain but not the 1.5!

Just bought a new Ram. I couldn’t get there till late in the evening. Staff stayed till the deal was done. Jason and Ed were great to work with as I know I can be difficult. Dealership was clean, staff was courteous and I felt like I got a fair deal. No complaints.

I have had this car 5 years 90000 km. No problems so far, it has been exceptionally good. The only money I have spent is gas and oil changes. I. Would buy another one

I had an appointment Friday. I called a few times to ask how its going. The reply was should be the end of the day. Don?t know what that means. I arrived the dealer at 3:00 O?clock. I ask what was done had how long it would be. The reply was they had the driver side mirror completed. How ever nothing was done. The service rep came to me with there head down. I knew nothing was completed. The Rep I could tell felt unhappy about the issue. However, the Rep did manage to get me a rental. That was good. I know things can go wrong at times. I was glad the to the extra day to have time to make repairs properly. I had another issue for a service performed on an oil change back some time. After the oil change, I brought the car back and explained I had a humming sound coming from the vents. I approached their man mechanic in thing they were not going to believe me. He immediately said I know what that is. I was relived. He said when they looked at the filter, putting the cover back on at times is not properly positioned. They repositioned it; it did sound better but not completely. I drove to for a while still noise. When I took the truck back for the Mirror swap, cabin filter, Air filter, tire sensors, etc. I ask them to look for something a normal They found a screw that had been broken on the air filter housing. She then proceeded to tell me she got a quote in replacing the unit. I said wait this was an issue for back when I had the first oil change. Then she asks the manager, they are going to replace the filter unit. Over all the rep was trying to get everything completed. We did have a difference of opinion when checking out. I like being very detailed in asking questions to verify all has been completed. I wanted to ask the technician some questions to verify all is completed. I want to test the mirror for proper working conditions. Did not get this. Don?t think that?s too much to ask. Over all the Service rep did a good job. However, I did walk away feeling a little uneasy.

Requested information through website about used car for sale. Salesman was quick to respond by email as requested. When I called for additional information, he was extremely personable and informative.

I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

Taking it on road trip Oklahoma to Key West Florida w/ stopover in Tennessee. I am getting 30 mpg running 75 mph. It handled like a dream going through Smokie mt. I was getting 32 mpg there. I like the ride on the interstates & I love the adaptive cruise control.

Sharon the customer service representative, smiled and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I had a tire issue, she was able to get a tech to pull my car in and check my tires. I was in and out in no time.

Very satisfied with my Acadia. There are a lot of electronic features that took time to get used to, like transmission by button, but now it is second nature. I can park this SUV in the garage and still transport 6 adult people very comfortably.

I just purchased a 2024 Yukon Denali XL. This is my 3rd Yukon. So needless to say I am sold on this style of vehicle. The style and comfort are impeccable. Had a 2009, 2019 and now a 2024 XL. Never had any problems.

Greeted as soon as we walked in the showroom. Harley was our salesman who was very polished and answered all our questions with complete knowledge. Dealing with him was easy with no high pressure. Negotiations only took 10-15 minutes and I had a new vehicle. My only complaint is that there is too much paperwork and signing. It’s a waste of paper! He even offered to wash my suv! Overall experience was positive and I will tell others who are shopping for a professional dealership.

I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.
