The Irwin motor group was fast ,friendly and professional. My sales person was Jacob fogg and I tried out a used pickup truck and went for a drive and came back and told him that it has a rattling sound and he assured me that it would be fixed when coming back in on the weekend to purchase the truck, he had texted me and told me that they found the problem and fixed it (loose skid plate) , Jacob thanks for fixing that issue!!! And I love the truck!!! I’m a happy customer and I would recommend Jacob to anybody who is interested in buying a new or used vehicle.

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

I recieved slightly over book value for my trade in, interest rates and payments were lower with Benson's then my bank offered. I needed no money down. Our new vehicle has a very long warranty and is preowned cerified with a good amount of years and miles left in it. We were offered many options which did have my head spinning a bit. But once I took a few to think them over, I went with three. These are options that are reasonably priced, which saves on you. I never felt pressured or pushed. I got all this for under 20,000 big ones. This is the first dealership that I actually liked and left feeling good about our choice. I am confident we will be happy for years. In fact, yesterday is the first time I ever paid a title fee and did not put up a stink. I have never paid a title fee. I was so happy with this place, I let it go. Never mentioned it. Believe me, I am hard to sell to. I am a bad one. I never felt like getting ugly with them. I will recommend them to anyone. I am 60 yrs old so I have bought a few cars and have to deal with a few dealers over the years. I would recommend them highly.

Absolutely LOVE this car is one of my favorites by far. Midsize SUV with all the features of a full size luxury vehicle. Can’t beat the heated seats, power lift gate, and the amazing panoramic sunroof they added on these models. Will continue to buy this model for years to come highly recommend an affordable and practical vehicle!

We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

I had a recall for my Toyota RAV4 and Jacob Mitchell was my rep for this. I chose a date that worked for me. He checked me in immediately, and while the car was worked on I asked towing and hybrid questions with a salesperson (super helpful and not pushy...I got to drive the conversation). Then I got a free fresh brewed coffee and watched TV for 5 minutes. Jacob came to me and told me it was done. He gave me an explanation of what was done and a reminder that my rear brakes needed work soon. Excellent job Jacob and Toyota!
