We drove two states over to McKenzie Buick GMC in Milton, FL to meet with Nick and make a purchase on our new Yukon Denali. Customer service was top notch. We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. Bought my Rav here because of the bottom line pricing. The offered price was fair and they gave me a fair price for my trade. Pete was very helpful and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want. There was the usual push to sign up for their extended warranty that I just hate. I would also suggest that they offer floor liners rather than the carpet mats. Give people the option of one or the other.

I love my Acadia Denali. It is fully loaded with anything you can think of.I love the V6 engine and how smooth it drives and rides

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

I never felt pressured; because of her attention to detail and approach to customer service I traveled outside my city of residence, where there are existing GM dealerships, to potentially buy a car from Nereson. Ultimately, when I went to the dealership, she met me at the door and introduced me to Rod Brend, who showed me the vehicle and took me for a test drive, then fully explained features and equipment. Based on my experience with Kristi and Rod, I decided to purchase the vehicle during this first visit. Tim Sharp then took me through the purchase paperwork process, patiently explaining the numbers and options. Again, no pressure. Bottom line: This was a seamless - and stress free - experience.

Absolutely LOVE this car is one of my favorites by far. Midsize SUV with all the features of a full size luxury vehicle. Can’t beat the heated seats, power lift gate, and the amazing panoramic sunroof they added on these models. Will continue to buy this model for years to come highly recommend an affordable and practical vehicle!

I've had mine for 4 years 2016 SLT ,traded my wife's Hyundai Santa Fe for a caddy srx which I drive as well as a 2018 GMC 1500. The Acadia has been super reliable .knock on wood.. just basic maintenance
