I just recently bought a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek. Cameron Jacobson was great through the whole process and kept me informed as needed. He was not at all pushy and very comfortable to work with. I will recommend him and Subaru to anyone I know looking to purchase a new vehicle. The finance manager was awesome in explaining all the water entries and financial pieces and did push me into buying anything I did not want. The car is beautiful and I could not have asked for a better experience.

I have enjoyed my vehicle. It is comfortable and drives very well. I like the color also. It is very roomy, takes off fast and the safety features are very beneficial.

Great dealership and car buying experience. I called Tom Storey regarding a new Explorer we saw online. Tom found it and held it as I had a 3 hour drive to Bozeman; he had it cleaned and ready to go upon arrival. The sales manager quickly appraised our trade in and I was out the door in record time. Finance manager stayed late to close the deal and it was overall as pleasant as a car buying experience can be.

I was travelling through Bozeman in early October, visiting family, planning to depart on a Saturday morning. Friday afternoon while getting my car ready for the trip, all of the dash lights and warning bells went off when I turned on the car. This did not make any sense at all for a well maintained Forester with 57,000 miles. The owners manual suggested a problem with the transmission. I called Gallatin Subaru and was connected with Jake. Once he understood the symptoms he said that travelling to the Seattle area was not a good idea until the diagnostics could be reviewed. There was a possibility that the transmission control body was the issue, an $1,800 repair. They were unable to see me that afternoon and even more unfortunately, did not have techs working on Saturdays. Jake was very understanding; however, that I needed to get back on the road as soon as possible and said they could take a look first thing Monday morning. Most likely they would be able to get me on the road that day. They came through as promised. The issue turned out to be rodent damage to the wiring harness - a common problem in that area when temperatures start to drop. The repair was complete by mid-morning. Working with Jake from the Service department was pleasant and very easy. He was patient on Friday with my frustration over an unexpected and potentially costly repair and was able to answer all of my questions. He was at the service desk Monday morning and came through as promised on a same-day repair. While he offered additional maintenance, it was not a hard sell, and I felt comfortable that the car would make the next leg of my trip with just the wiring harness repair. I would absolutely recommend this service department. My only reason for a 4-star rating is that they could not get me in sooner. But I very much appreciate that they were able to juggle their Monday morning schedule and get me back on the road as quickly as they did. The service and repair work was top notch!

As we age, our reaction time may become slower. This vehicle is loaded with features that make me a safer driver. It connects wirelessly with my iPhone for hands-free Apple CarPlay. Love that! And the Acadia is a dream to drive. It’s the perfect size for me and my family

I knew what I was looking for and got to test drive as soon as the vehicle showed up at the lot. Salesman and manager helped me move things along without any issues. I got reasonable value from my trad-in and I'm looking forward to picking up my new to me Expedition next week!

Just the right size for 2 adults, a child, two large dogs and two large ice chests to head to the boat with all our equipment and food. Hated to see them downsize it in '17. It has had few maintenance issues and they have been reasonable in cost. It has kept it's value over the years.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

I've owned my 2015 Acadia Denali since 74900 miles were on it and it drives great! I hear things on its quality but in my experience it's been a joy to own.

Bought a demo car . The Acadia has been great . Wife’s car . She likes it . Roomy and good gas mileage . Would also make a great road trip vehicle if I didn’t have a full size Ram .

One of the most attractive looking t cars GMC has ever designed. Looks just like a Lexus. Extremely roomy. Love every aspect of my Terrain.

I just purchased a 2024 Yukon Denali XL. This is my 3rd Yukon. So needless to say I am sold on this style of vehicle. The style and comfort are impeccable. Had a 2009, 2019 and now a 2024 XL. Never had any problems.

If all dealerships operated the way this one does people wouldn't dread buying new cars. I worked with Sam and got to meet some of the other salespeople on the team during my shopping process. Sam took great care of our needs and made sure we got the perfect vehicle for our needs. These guys aren't super pushy like most other places. 10/10 would shop with them again.

Got it for the ride ,comfort,great gas mileage on trips,can do a 750 mile trip and not be warn out from the ride.Can carry a lot of stuff .All the different options are great

I stand corrected. I wrote a review regarding a very disheartening experience at this dealership. I went so far as to say that no one there gave a crap. I was wrong! I received several phone calls from the General Manager, Jeremy. He took the time to really listen to my frustrations and concerns and said He would do whatever he needed to do to fix this. He came up with an immediate plan and it truly changed my perception of this dealership. He brought home that it's about communicating on both sides! Incredible Customer Service...Stellar!!! Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. Very happy with this 2024

Although we did not buy a new Subaru I must recommend Zack Novak and Gallatin Motors as an excellent sales person and a great dealership! All our questions were answered in a thoughtful and informative way. As the owner of eight Subarus over the last 40 plus years I know of what I speak and these folks are excellent.

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

The GMC Terrain is a very dependable auto that I have had no issues. The model is the AT4, which has the headsup display. Interior is nice with leather and all the electronics options.

This is a luxury suv with plenty of room. I'm still learning the features. It is a smooth ride with a great interior. Great for towing a popup camper.
