We had a wonderful experience purchasing our vehicle from Trecek Automotive! One Saturday morning my husband and I were in Portage and had some extra time, so we decided to stop by to test drive a few trucks. Over the past few months we had narrowed it down to two different trucks styles that we were interested in. The test drives were going to help us to make the decision for when we were ready to purchase in a few months. Kipp was the one to assist us. His body language and no sales gimmick's is what kept us there that day. If there had been any pressure or "salesman talk", we would've walked away before even doing the test drive. Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. Our 2021 Terrain SLT is really a nice auto. Gets great 30 MPG approximately, But, 0 to 60 is lacking horsepower. Great Little highway auto. Comfortable.....

I just purchased a 2024 Yukon Denali XL. This is my 3rd Yukon. So needless to say I am sold on this style of vehicle. The style and comfort are impeccable. Had a 2009, 2019 and now a 2024 XL. Never had any problems.

What can I except this place was great! Bought a car from here couple years ago and love it. Dylan was very knowledgeable about the car and even discussed his experience with selling them and told me what to watch for in the future. Pam helped me get the payment I wanted and even with a warranty. Almost 2 years later and I just now used the warranty and it was no hassle to use! The styling looks great outside & everything functions as it should. It has loads of options, heated & cooled seats & steering wheel, very cold air, big comfy 7 seats. While not a luxury-looking plush interior, it is very nice. A couple pieces of plastic molding inside are loose, a back panel I tried to take off & the visor mirror on drivers side. I've owned this for 6 months & adore it! Very roomy.

Dan was very helpful and spent time with me explaining warranty options, etc. After I purchased the vehicle spent time explaining how to use all the bells and whistles on my new vehicle. Called for an appt. got in within two days for new tires and an oil change. While doing inspection mechanic found i needed new rear brakes. They had them in stock and was down with the other repairs. In and out in the same day.

I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

My Silverado started losing power while traveling from Illinois to Wausau last Friday night. Called Trecek in the morning. Got me in but were booked up and told me they couldn't probably look at my truck until Tuesday. Dropped it off and secured other transportation. While driving back to Illinois on Monday, got a call from Trecek. My truck was done. They had a cancellation and were able to bump me up and get it fixed (they knew I'd be passing by on my way home on Monday). So I was able to return the other car and not have to make another trip back up to pick up my truck. The repair was good, and they coordinated all with my warranty company as well. Travis in the service department was great.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

Very satisfied with my Acadia. There are a lot of electronic features that took time to get used to, like transmission by button, but now it is second nature. I can park this SUV in the garage and still transport 6 adult people very comfortably.

I am so glad we bought our Ford Edge from Summit Ford! (Thanks Ryan Madala-Klug!!!) Not only do Chuck and I love it but now our Daughter does too. We let Jon and Molly use it to go to Rhinelander. She is now a Ford Edge convert! They easily took a vacation's worth of toys, food, clothes a big dog and and active three year old. It is so easy for Seniors to get in and out, great height to see others on the road, great safety features and easy to get kiddos strapped into! I worked retail for years and people would say to me, "Oh you are so good at that you do." As happy as I was to hear that I always thought "Don't tell me, tell my boss...tell others." So when I find a great product and/or exemplary service, I tell bosses and others. So I'm telling you, if you are thinking of a different car, Stop and see Ryan and the other good people at Summit Ford in Beaver Dam.

I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

Just trade in my 2015 GMC Denali with 140000 miles on it and still holding strong at trade in best SUV I ever had upgraded to the new 2021 Denali and boy do I love this SUV from comfort to outside design just an amazing new well designed SUV.

We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

We have used this Cadillac dealership to service our Cadillacs for years. This time, we dropped the vehicle off to be serviced the next day . . . however, later that afternoon the phone rang and our car was ready to be picked up - a day early! I purchased the 2020 Acadia SLT new, I love my SUV, the ride is so smooth and the Bose system is killer, definitely a sharp looking SUV.One thing I would add is side interior cargo lights, the overhead light is not enough, other than that it's perfect and the dealership Delray Buick GMC those guys are awesome they take great care of my SUV.
