Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. Ask for Sally in sales and/or Grant in finance they will make you feel right at home and eager to listen and answer any questions that you may have. No one hates car shopping more than I do. BUT Nalley GMC made my car shopping a quick and painless experience without the feeling of being rushed. I have enjoyed my vehicle. It is comfortable and drives very well. I like the color also. It is very roomy, takes off fast and the safety features are very beneficial.

We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

This was by far the BEST car-buying experience I've ever had! They offered me the best price on my trade, beating all other dealerships within a 100-mile radius by over $2,000 dollars, and they offer the best selection of financing my purchase, and they even threw in an extended warranty on the vehicle, and on my tires and rims for the life of my loan. Jake, my salesman, was top-notch and should really get a raise for all the hard work he did on my behalf! The finance manager was top-notched too! Just all the way around, Nalley GMC of Brunswick hit everything a customer could ask for, and more! They even threw in a few Nalley GMC ballcaps, and a Nalley GMC polo shirt for FREE with my purchase of the GMC Sierra and some running boards and front license plate bracket. The only thing they could have done better would be to have thrown in an extra polo shirt for my wife to wear! We love Nalley GMC and we want to show off our pride of ownership and we'll definitely be sending all of our friends and family to Nalley for their next auto purchase, and we plan on going back there when it comes time for our next auto purchase! Maybe you guys could ask the GM to throw in that Navy blue XXL Nalley GMC polo shirt so we can wear it with pride, or if not, then sell it to me. I'll be glad to pay for the shirt to get the privilege of showing off the dealership and in referring my friends and family to the Nalley GMC dealership in Brunswick.

Just trade in my 2015 GMC Denali with 140000 miles on it and still holding strong at trade in best SUV I ever had upgraded to the new 2021 Denali and boy do I love this SUV from comfort to outside design just an amazing new well designed SUV.
