Jeremy immediately gave me their best price on the vehicle I was looking at and, more importantly, he gave me a very fair offer on my trade. I'd never had a dealer offer me what I thought my trade was worth, and Jeremy did. We did the deal on a handshake until I could arrange financing later in the week and pick the truck up the next weekend. As I said above, hands down the best experience I've ever had on a car lot. And 6 months later I'm thrilled with my truck and haven't had any issues. I absolutely recommend working with these guys.

Just trade in my 2015 GMC Denali with 140000 miles on it and still holding strong at trade in best SUV I ever had upgraded to the new 2021 Denali and boy do I love this SUV from comfort to outside design just an amazing new well designed SUV.

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

Nielsen Motors had just listed a car I was interested in late on a Sat. afternoon. I live about 25 miles away so I had about 30 minutes till closing. Salesman Bruce was very welcoming even though they were soon to close. My wife and I enjoyed the chat we had with Bruce, we liked the car and the price immediately and soon completed the deal. Bruce couldn't have been nicer and it was a walk in the park the whole time we were there. He answered all our questions about the car in detail, and was very kind even though we showed up late on a Sat. and were just going to spend $11,000 on the car. I don't think he would have acted any differently if we were there to spend $60,000 on a new pickup. That was appreciated very much. I highly recommend visiting Nielsen Motors in Humboldt if they have a vehicle you're interested in.

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

On my 7th one. That should say it all. Quality crafted, full of great features, super smooth ride and plenty of room for up to 8 people plus a ton of gear.

Got it for the ride ,comfort,great gas mileage on trips,can do a 750 mile trip and not be warn out from the ride.Can carry a lot of stuff .All the different options are great

I'm 6-4 so I'm looking for a comfortable vehicle that's easy to get in-and-out of plus is high quality. I don't buy new cars and in our 40 years of marriage it's the nicest used car we've purchased.

I haven't purchase yet but so far I am please with the price we came up with and the car seems in very good condition. They seem friendly and willing to please the customer. They will go far with that attitude and sell a lot of vehicles . Some how right from the get go you have a science you buying from a reliable dealer. This wasn't the vehicle I'd gone to the lot to see... But it was parked 2 vehicles down, and the price was $3000 cheaper!! It even has more bells and whistles than the Toyota I'd initially planned on getting. Awesomeness!!

Very satisfied with my Acadia. There are a lot of electronic features that took time to get used to, like transmission by button, but now it is second nature. I can park this SUV in the garage and still transport 6 adult people very comfortably.

I just purchased a 2024 Yukon Denali XL. This is my 3rd Yukon. So needless to say I am sold on this style of vehicle. The style and comfort are impeccable. Had a 2009, 2019 and now a 2024 XL. Never had any problems.

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

Went there to look at a Buick LaCrosse, and trade in my Buick Lucerne. They were very nice, attentive, I had someone help me right away. The seller wasn't pushy, gave me all the numbers I'd need, and it didn't take a long time to do any of it. When I told him I wanted to go home and sleep on it, he was perfectly fine with that, and didn't push me or anything as I've experienced in other situations. Gave me more than fair trade value, got a good price on the car itself. All in all I was very happy with my transaction.
