I had Great Experience at Jake Sweeney Buick. I called and spoke to George Dirling to see if the vehicle I was looking at online was available. It was and I headed down from Columbus to the their dealership and was welcomed at the door by George who had the 2021 Buick Enclave Avenir washed and up front at the dealership. We took a test drive and came back and I decided it was the vehicle for me to replace my 2008 Buick that was totaled in a recent accident.. George gathered all the info to get the deal taken care of and Steve in finance went thru the payment info for the financing and service contract... They also assisted me to take the rental I was in down the street to the Enterprise Rental and I was able to turn it in there and save a trip back to the dealership. Later in the afternoon I was heading back to Columbus in my 2021 Buick. Still getting acclimated to all the options, and love the Adaptive Cruise driving back home.. Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. I had to take a car back due to unforeseen circumstances on my side and it was easy as they helped me to find something more affordable and reliable in my price range. Just trade in my 2015 GMC Denali with 140000 miles on it and still holding strong at trade in best SUV I ever had upgraded to the new 2021 Denali and boy do I love this SUV from comfort to outside design just an amazing new well designed SUV.

I bought this 2017 Tahoe w LT trim new. Have 60K on it now and have had no issues with it. We are not towing with it or doing high speed racing so we find the 5.3L Motor is smooth and quiet (and have not had any lifter issues which others have reported). Transmission and suspension also smooth. We keep Michelins on all our vehicles and have found this Tahoe very quiet and comfortable for road trips with 4-6 people and luggage. The LT trim pkg deleted some comfort items I wish I had (like heated steering wheel) but it still is pretty much leather-and-loaded so it was a good value at the time. I have had Suburbans for 35yrs before purchasing this Tahoe and I will probably go back to a Suburban for the extra cargo space when I trade this Tahoe in. But this has been a nice and reliable vehicle for us. No complaints.

My dealing the sale person was very cordial and I was ready to buy but was informed I had to take the low financing or the rebates. The rate would not work for me.

I went in for a maintenance appointment and from the second I pulled up I was greeted by friendly staff. I had recently purchased my car and the gentlemen that was taking care of me pulled up all the history and could tell I was interested so he showed me all that had been done and helped me understand things I didn’t know about. He was so friendly and helpful. Their waiting room is set up very nicely and fully stocked with delicious free drinks like Lattes and Cappuccinos. I was even offered to take one of their cars if I didn’t have time to wait. I opted to wait and was shown all the amenities, I was even able to work from my laptop in their waiting room (free WiFi!) while they serviced my car, which didn’t take long at all. When they were done they carefully went over everything with me very thoughtfully and honestly. Which was nice because other places I’ve gone to would just name a list of unnecessary things they would make me feel bad about if I didn’t do them right away, but it’s not like that at all here. We drove two states over to McKenzie Buick GMC in Milton, FL to meet with Nick and make a purchase on our new Yukon Denali. Customer service was top notch. We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. I purchased a 2021 Chevy Blazer from this dealer. I contacted them first via email and received a prompt call and thorough video of the car since I lived an hour away. The mileage was incorrectly listed tho, and it was actually 10k less, so then they increased the price of the car… They were not willing to negotiate price on the phone so I drove there. They offered me a ridiculously low price for my trade in. I said no and they eventually paid what I asked for it. Overall the process was smooth and I am happy with my car.
