Always friendly and honest service. I bought a CPO Escape from Stamford Ford a number of years ago. There was a stupid problem with Ford Credit - it was enough to make me cancel the order. When Dominic found out about it, he called Ford Credit and told them to get it right. They did, and Dominic called me back and made the deal happen! Since then, Ive been bringing my Escape to them for service. They are reliable, friendly, and HONEST. Scott Ferrara in service is THE BEST! I noticed a number of reviews with regards to lack of communication while vehicle is in service, especially having a person answer the phone. This appears to have started since Covid. I'm guessing that it is because it seems harder to get good help these days. This is not unique to any dealership or brand. In fact, I have another brand of car that I bring to another dealership. By comparison, this other dealer does not deserve to clean the floors at Stamford Ford. The service advisors at Stamford Ford provide you with a cell phone # you can text if you need to, which is a lot easier than getting though via phone. Again shout out to Scott in Service!!

I love it the look the interior mine is a red one and it looks so good and it’s my baby and it runs so good and the technology is off the chain

This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

I just purchased a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from John Bowler. He and Carmine Lofaro (Finance) were great. This is a small dealership but they were not pushy or anxious to sell me. In fact, this was the first out of eight dealerships I visited. Came full circle and happy that I did. As you might expect, out of eight regional dealerships, some felt more like your stereotypical dealership than others. DeCozen and a couple of others were class acts. In retrospect, I realize that the initial deal DeCozen offered was aggressive to get my business. None of the other dealerships matched DeCozen's initial offer. Granted, there is no much financial wiggle room on Wranglers. But DeCozen didn't change their initial offer after I committed as I have experienced before. They delivered as promised and didn't try to take me out of the market prematurely. I love the vehicle. Would highly recommend visiting DeCozen if you are in the market.

Stong engine and smooth! Highly recommend for familys or someone who likes a smooth truck. Purchased new and have had zero issues since then. Love it!

Good afternoon everyone, yes, I’m a lady and I’m an owner of a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali, it has a V8 motor fully loaded sunroof & also it has heated seats & steering wheel for the cold winter months & in those hot summer months you have A/C seats nothing better than that am I correct? It’s been times like that wouldnt trade for the world!! So for all you ladies who think BIG TRUCKS are just for men, go out there & buy one have them put on some electronic slide in/out rails & go out & show the shows the boss!! lol 😄 I’m out looking for a new one now either a 2500/3500 pearl white

Excellent and reliable, only thing buyers have to do is buy a AFM disabler that you can stick into OBD2 port to avoid lifter failure (longer story, nobody wants a V8 to run in V4)

Certainly, it's not my first car from this dealership. i have owned and leased several vehicles. I like my cars well equipped and have recently taken out longer leases. It works for me. Truly, it is an entire team effort. Pleasant, friendly and courteous. Service on my end has been rather good. I've lost count of how many vehicles I've received but this time went the distance to get a Black Label Nautilus. Only car I haven't had from Lincoln is the Corsair. My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

Got '07 Vibe 126k mi at 2Manny's 20 days ago, title in Priority Mail today. Reg wear and tear for 18yo (DETAILED & all functions!). Corroded wheels-- offered to put new ones on for price. Tires just within coin head-- said pass inspection but offered to sell new not-exceptionally-great tires at wholesale cost and to put on. Checked and all seemed to work. Test drove, no noises or issues. PPI-- rusty crossmember underneath, confirmed won't break or fall off; no safety or function issue, as Eddy stated. I would say he was very patient with me; I was coming from out of town and was very suspicious of an independent used car place I didn't know. Walked me thru the whole process, even helped me set up insurance in my app. Bring cashier's check or use Zell; credit and debit are a 2.5% fee (GENEROUS --most places are 3%). My mechanic confirmed its nothing but cosmetics, will need new struts eventually. 1300mi later, no issues. Would recommend. Seems to have integrity. ICXCNIKA

2021 GMC sierra 1500, 5.3, crew cab 4x4, 21000 miles. brakepad monitor lites up. dealership says needs brakes and rotors in back. one mo. on warranty. our rural roads dirty up the monitor. Needs new monitor. brakes look great to me. No noises. dealer says parts on order GM strike. Can't replace myself cause of computer...

I bought my 2020 with 36k miles a couple of years ago and I now have 60k miles of trouble free very enjoyable driving. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The ride is so quiet and comfortable my wife and I prefer traveling in it instead of our 2018 Acura MDX which we also love. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power and towing ability. The multi-function tail gate is genius, I hope to never be without one again. We so enjoy all the bells and whistles, especially the wireless phone charger. So glad I bought this truck!

Great dealership to work with. I had the pleasure of dealing with Zeeshan, Willie and Akbar and I have to say it was the best interaction I had in any car sales. They were professional, courteous and actually cared about what we wanted. Most importantly, they were honest. Communication was too notch and I was updated every step of the way by text or call. I have the 1500 double cab with standard bed. The reason I have this vehicle is I really like the 6.5 foot bed. The crew cab with same bed is just too long. The things I dislike about this model is that it only comes in the SLE model. For the 2025 that means the external mirrors do NOT have a power fold in and it does not have a seat memory for more that one driver. The power fold in for the mirrors is extremely important to me.

Got the duramax diesel and getting 24 city and 32 highway is very good. Truck drives nice and is very comfortable. My 2 issues with this truck is the backup camera at night is useless (very dark) and interior lighting is not very good. You would have thought a 78k truck would have footwell lights, but it doesn’t.

just now NEW I totally recommend Yonkers auto mall!! Virginia and Anthony work hard together to get you in your car the same day. Even if you have bad credit they will try their 100% to get you in a car the same day!! Which is what I had and all other dealerships told me most likely I would not get approved they didn’t even try. Yonkers auto mall allowed me to test drive as many cars as I wanted to make sure I was happy with my choice. I went to several dealerships before finding Yonkers auto mall that asked for my deposit up front and never gave me the car to test drive. They also gave me the best offer for my trade in. They have more cars that come in daily that might not be on their site yet. I highly recommend stopping by their dealership to speak to Virginia regarding their offers. They honestly make you feel so comfortable with their quick process!! I will be back in a couple of years for a trade in maybe get the Lexus next time 😊. The gmc Yukon from 2014 is very good it’s good for snow hauling trailers and children. What I love is the cozy luxury interior with the leather seats. It is very reliable the biggest problem we had was the cooling system failing but the repair cost was only $200. I kept everything on it stock. The sound system speakers are crazy good the base is 200% good I just love everything about it!

Waiting for the Refreshed 2022 AT4 was well worth it! With all the manufacturing issues today, building and shipping was slow, but understandable. Love the truck and the features! Fit is perfect and quality is #1. Pricing was too high but all vehicles are running this way. You get what you pay for and this truck is perfect! I have owned many trucks and this by far is the best. The latest features are beyond most other makes and GM has thought this truck through from front to rear.
