They also fueled the tank up all the way which was appreciated. Capital offered a fair deal a few% under msrp and Ford credit got my apr way lower on the loan than any bank rate going these days. Rachel Murphy in finance finished the transaction and didn't rush me thru the process, ( we were done with all of it in under 20 min) and explained what forms were for what and answered any questions I had. This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

Flat tire. GMC worked me in. I received a loaner vehicle so I could finish my errands. Within 2 hours, my tire was repaired and I was on my way.

Great truck to own. The 2023 GMC Sierra Denali with the 6.2L engine delivers excellent power, smooth performance, and a refined driving experience. The ride quality, interior comfort, and overall build quality are outstanding. I have had no issues whatsoever, and it has been a reliable, enjoyable vehicle from day one. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium full-size truck.

This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!

2021 GMC sierra 1500, 5.3, crew cab 4x4, 21000 miles. brakepad monitor lites up. dealership says needs brakes and rotors in back. one mo. on warranty. our rural roads dirty up the monitor. Needs new monitor. brakes look great to me. No noises. dealer says parts on order GM strike. Can't replace myself cause of computer...

This truck is the base model and that is exactly what we were looking for. A good solid truck without all the fancy technology. It drives like a dream, handles just as well and the interior is sleek and well designed. Perfect black on black exterior.... a man's truck.

Am in disbelief every week at the Gas Pumps. Thou a big truck, mileage per gallons are 18 +. Last week it was 22.8. This week 19.78.

I leased a 17 VW Jetta! I was amazed by the lease special they had, usually when something is to good to be true it isn't, but in this case it was exactly what Ii saw online! Abby was very helpful and a delight to work with. I will definitely come back and buy another car once my lease is up.

Waiting for the Refreshed 2022 AT4 was well worth it! With all the manufacturing issues today, building and shipping was slow, but understandable. Love the truck and the features! Fit is perfect and quality is #1. Pricing was too high but all vehicles are running this way. You get what you pay for and this truck is perfect! I have owned many trucks and this by far is the best. The latest features are beyond most other makes and GM has thought this truck through from front to rear.

My wife and I just purchased a used, Cadillac Escalade... 2021... The experience from start to finish was first class. Joseph Gudgel was my Service Consultant and Joe Lopez was the general manager who made the magic happen. No smoke or mirrors... it was a transparent process and first class from start to finish. I can tell you at the age of 44 it was the best car buying experience of my life. REALLY LOVE THESE FOLKS, drove down from NAPA CA to meet with these folks.

I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

I recently purchased a used Mercedes from Autobahn Motors. Our salesman, Mike Nazari, was absolutely the best! He sent me background information on the car before I arrived, had the car ready for me to see and showed us several alternatives upon my request. The dealership has so many cars on the lot it would be hard not to find what you are looking for at Autobahn Motors. We ended up buying the original car we had selected. Mike made the entire process very easy and followed up with us several times after we returned home just to make sure things were going OK. Overall, it was a great experience.

We bought our GMC 2500 HD gas 6.0L extended cab last spring to pull our 9k lb 5th wheel. We pulled it for about 6k miles with abslutely no issues. It pulls great, a bit slow off the line, but it will get going if I put my foot down -no issues on the highway. It'll do 70 all day long pulling our portable house. We get about 8 MPG towing and 17 empty in rural areas. No doubt the diesel would haul better and get better MPG, but for an extra 30-40 cents/gal, that doesn't make sense for us. This truck has much better fit and finish than older GM vehicles we've owned. In fact this our 1st GM since our 2000 GMC Safari (that was a money pit). We love the look of the extended cab with 180° rear doors. The rear seat is the same size as the newer 4 door. To us the truck looks classy. It has style and rugged looks without being over the top. The next 2 generations are just stupid big. Seems like the bigger the grille the more compensation. Basically, I highly recommend this generation 2500. It does everything we need it to do and looks good doing it.

The car I had identified online was the first they showed us, and we bought it at the advertised price. Very friendly. Then there was a lot of waiting and paperwork before we were turned over to Finance, where the forms to initial came fast and furious. All turned out ok.

GMC Diesel Canyon AT4. I've had this truck for a year-11,000 miles. I love it. The Denali and Elevation trim looked like junk. The AT4 can't compete with the Tacoma off road but, It holds it's own off road. The Diesel pulls like a beast and the exhuast brake, on all the moutain passes I drive, is worth it's wieght in Gold. I trailer the max. capacity regularly and it's smooth sailing. I traded in my 2500HD Silverado with the vortec 6.0 for this big, little truck. Best decision I've made in a while. I had this truck on order for 8 months and Gm never accepted the order. I finally found exactly what I ordered, just off the truck that morning that I called. 1300 miles away, I jumped on a plane to go get it. Crying shame GMC discontinued the diesel. The extra $ per gallon right now is easily washed by the increase in mileage, 32+ higway, 19 trallering almost 8000 #'s. I wouldn't want the truck without it. Wouldn't want the Elevation or Denali. Diesel AT4 is the truck. I'll keep it the rest of my life barring accident. I'm sure I can get 40 years out of this truck doing 10-12k a year. The regeneration of the exhaust has never come up but, I only do a little round town driving. Most of my miles are highway and hauling a load. I've heard horror stories about regen. from city folk, commuters... You get what you aim for. If you've given it a lot of thought and the diesel AT4 seems right for you, you won't be disappointed. Good luck finding one. GM - You've a winner here. don't let it get away. Ps. Cars.com doesn't have a choice of how I use this truck for WORK. What began as a regular day in which you try to find a car that meets expectations of not being expensive, being efficient and looking good, it seemed that it would be just another visit to another dealership, but despite being a little late and being a cold day, we decided to stop to visit the last opportunity of the day. To my surprise, I met a very kind person who not only had the intention of selling, she was interested in listening and show me options without pressing for a sale, within the indecision I had between looking for something cheap and good value she walked with me and showed me different options until I could find the best, really nice attitude and eager to answer my questions, once we walked in the office to look at numbers, her professionalism and respect was very impressive, she make us feel comfortable during negotiation, I honestly hope that if you find yourself in the position were I was, when you know that you need a good car and you find difficult to find a friendly warming person who walks with you on a bad weather evening (super cold) making you feel that you have being listened and advise you on the best way possible to find no just a car on sale, explains you what’s the benefits of your purchase and goes beyond to helps you to find the best payment options… Thank you Eden!! you are a wonderful person, along with your team, you guys deserve an excellent recognizement!

Great vehicle for pulling my fifth wheel RV which weighs around 20,000 pounds. This dually truck pulls the RV very nicely without any significant strain on the engine or the transmission. However, like all of today's diesel engines there are 4 different system of emissions on this truck. Each one of these emission systems has sensors associated with them. If one of these sensors goes bad the truck will not perform optimally and sometimes it will go into the limp mode. Unfortunately this is not unique to GMC trucks. All manufacturers are battling this system. Also, I have had to take the truck to the dealer for computer upgrades in order to improve performance. I wish these upgrades could be performed on line (through wifi or with my own phone service). It sure would make things a lot simpler and improve the through put of the dealers who are already strained because of the limited number of available diesel mechanics.

I've owned every other American truck and this is my first GMC. I bought the 2500 HD Texas Edition. I absolutely love this truck. It's everything I could have hoped for and more. It is able to pull my 30' travel trailer with no problems. So now when we go out with our trailer I'll have no worries. The look and feel of the truck is outstanding. The 6.6L gas engine actually gets great gas mileage. It gets about the same as my Ford f150 ecoboost. Probably better on the highway. Looking at about 13 miles in the city and 15 plus on the highway. Definitely got a better truck for the price compared to any other american models with the same characteristic and options.

The experience with Leanna Tabora was great. She helped me from my initial request on the vehicle and walked me through the trade in perfectly. Given that I was in San Diego, I was not sure how the trade would work out but everyone and dealer followed through with their commitment. Oscar with Finance was great got me in out within about 20 minutes. The entire transaction took about an hour and a half from when I arrived with my trade in vehicle.

Best truck I have ever owned. Used to tow a heavy RV. Wonderful comfortable ride. Highly recommended this truck. I drive it as my primary vehicle.
