This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

Got the duramax diesel and getting 24 city and 32 highway is very good. Truck drives nice and is very comfortable. My 2 issues with this truck is the backup camera at night is useless (very dark) and interior lighting is not very good. You would have thought a 78k truck would have footwell lights, but it doesn’t.

Dennis was completely honest, I drove 11 hours on his word, when I got there the truck was exactly what he said it would be. Everyone at the dealership was helpful. Even put the truck up on a lift so I could check out the undercarriage without lying in the snow. When the time comes for another vehicle Bruns and Sons will be one of my first calls. Worth 1200 mile round trip.

I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

So far so good! This truck is the nicest truck I have ever driven. The stance, ride comfort and options are top notch. I went from a 2023 High Country that was having drive train issues but had all the creature comforts that you would expect in a top of the line truck. With the lack of confidence in that particular models 10 speed transmission issues, it became necessary to reestablish my confidence in my General Motors product.

Purchased a 2006 Silverado 2500 LT3. I called ahead of my arrival and the truck was ready for me to view and drive. Preston was my sales rep. A very knowledgeable young man, answered all my questions informed me of many mechanical positives of this truck. Sat down with Dennis, the owner and came to a very agreeable negotiation on the truck. They had the truck ready for me ASAP and the whole experience was nothing but positive. I never enjoyed buying vehicles but Dan, and Royal Automotive, completely changed my views! I bought a 2017 F-250 at a great/no-haggle price, and couldn't have been happier! A little over a week later... CHECK ENGINE light comes on... you can imagine the feeling! Long story short- ROYAL AUTOMOTIVE has your back!!! Dan immediately showed support and customer backing... And what turned out to be something absolutely no one could imagine happening to a low mileage truck- blown head gasket/potential cracked cylinder! They not only fixed this unfortunate and unforeseen issue, but completely replaced it within one week of the check engine light! WOW!! Dan and Royal Automotive put a new engine for me...completely covered!! This place truly wants to not only see you happy, but keep you happy for the future. I can honestly say for such a big issue on a new-used vehicle, I am as happy as a customer could possibly be. I WILL refer him to friends and family, and I WILL purchase from them again! Has a really Big feel to it. I currently use mine to pull gooseneck trailer. I haven't had a load yet that I couldn't pull. The downsides to this truck is to me I feel it could get better fuel mileage. Also I had trouble with #4 injector...dealership replaced it. Now my AC doesn't work all the time. Although it sounds like it's blowing it isn't.

I really like my GMC Canyon 2015 it's a very nice truck .it's been very good ,it does have a couple problems that I've taken care of but all in all I really enjoy driving on the highway in my truck.

2021 GMC sierra 1500, 5.3, crew cab 4x4, 21000 miles. brakepad monitor lites up. dealership says needs brakes and rotors in back. one mo. on warranty. our rural roads dirty up the monitor. Needs new monitor. brakes look great to me. No noises. dealer says parts on order GM strike. Can't replace myself cause of computer...

Any reviews on this vehicle is not correct. We are first owners and it’s been an excellent truck. We hate to see it go !

Am in disbelief every week at the Gas Pumps. Thou a big truck, mileage per gallons are 18 +. Last week it was 22.8. This week 19.78.

Great truck to own. The 2023 GMC Sierra Denali with the 6.2L engine delivers excellent power, smooth performance, and a refined driving experience. The ride quality, interior comfort, and overall build quality are outstanding. I have had no issues whatsoever, and it has been a reliable, enjoyable vehicle from day one. I bought my 2020 with 36k miles a couple of years ago and I now have 60k miles of trouble free very enjoyable driving. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The ride is so quiet and comfortable my wife and I prefer traveling in it instead of our 2018 Acura MDX which we also love. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power and towing ability. The multi-function tail gate is genius, I hope to never be without one again. We so enjoy all the bells and whistles, especially the wireless phone charger. So glad I bought this truck!

On December 27th I purchased a Brand New GMC Hummer from a dealership in Minnesota and on my drive home to Chicago, I got an error message and ended up having to call roadside assistance who towed my truck to Wheelers GMC as they were the closest dealership authorized to work on Hummers. Even though the situation was horrible, Shane from the service department was nothing short of GREAT. Its been over a week since the breakdown and NOONE from the original dealership has reached out to me, even though they know what happened. Shane went above beyond to ease on my mind. He answered every question/concern I had. His communication from the time of drop off to when I picked up, was above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend him and the rest of the service department!!!

Working with Wheelers GMC of Wisconsin was very easy and they made the process of purchasing my 2025 Sierra EV enjoyable. At the time of delivery they went over a lot of first time EV tips that I was not aware of. Looking forward to my first road trip.

Overall I am very happy with my new Truck. GMC however needs to address their software glitch where the display screen intermittently stops working or the audio cuts in and out. I keep hearing a software update is being worked on but that was a while ago?

I purchased pre-owned 2020 1500 SLT in February of this year. The truck rides comfortable and has plenty of room front and rear. My and I both enjoy it. My only drawback is the turn radius (lock to lock). It lacks compared to my wife's 2018 Yukon SLT, or the 2016 Ram I traded in. Have to many times maneuver twice to park it going forward or reverse. Otherwise happy with our purchase.

My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

I have the 1500 double cab with standard bed. The reason I have this vehicle is I really like the 6.5 foot bed. The crew cab with same bed is just too long. The things I dislike about this model is that it only comes in the SLE model. For the 2025 that means the external mirrors do NOT have a power fold in and it does not have a seat memory for more that one driver. The power fold in for the mirrors is extremely important to me.

I love it the look the interior mine is a red one and it looks so good and it’s my baby and it runs so good and the technology is off the chain
