Good pleasant experience, salesman name was Noah good guy to deal with ,Vicki ,internet sales manager was great to deal with ,only issue was the finance guy who was nice at first, but when I said I was not getting any extra warranty with my purchase, he hurried up and got me out of there almost closed the door on me he is lucky I'm not like I used to be.

This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

Over all experience with Mat and Ray was great The GM of sales not so good Thought was at a party in the sales room when trying to finish the deal with Ray Mat was great through it all him and Ray apologized many time for the bad experience I had with GM of sales Thank You Mat for being so kind and understanding Recommend the dealer not the GM of sales

I love this truck. It’s quiet and comfortable. The V6 has enough power for me. The options I got are convenient and make for a luxury car experience.

I just purchased a 2024 Yukon Denali XL. This is my 3rd Yukon. So needless to say I am sold on this style of vehicle. The style and comfort are impeccable. Had a 2009, 2019 and now a 2024 XL. Never had any problems.

The sales department was very helpful when I purchased my new car. Helping me understand all the options. The finance department was very great with explaining the warranties.

Went in to pick up my tags from a Transit I just purchased a month prior, while there I saw a dodge utility body truck I liked, price was exceptional low, made a offer and drove it home. Luckily I had brought a friend along for the ride. Which had to drive one home.

2021 GMC sierra 1500, 5.3, crew cab 4x4, 21000 miles. brakepad monitor lites up. dealership says needs brakes and rotors in back. one mo. on warranty. our rural roads dirty up the monitor. Needs new monitor. brakes look great to me. No noises. dealer says parts on order GM strike. Can't replace myself cause of computer...

Late one December Saturday afternoon, I just wanted to look around at new cars at the GM dealership closest to my house. While walking around the parking lot, I met AJ, the salesperson watching the lot. For the next hour we walked around the lot checking out different GM models trying to determine which one would meet all or most of criteria as I did not have a set model in mind. I left Saturday with a better understanding of the GM models. The following Monday, I discovered a 2026 Equinox Activ that had been delivered to the lot (it had just been delivered and was not in the front area) and contacted AJ about it. He said it was there and would have it ready for me to look at within the hour (I live 10 minutes away). The car met all of the criteria I had given AJ on Saturday. A test drive, a quick trip to see how well it fit in my garage, convinced me this was my car. On Tuesday, after some trade-in value negotiation and AJ's unwillingness to let this sale slip away, I purchased it and drove it home the same day. AJ was the perfect salesperson for this situation, he listened, he informed, and he laughed at my car stories. He knew how to have a genuine conversation with his customer.

GMC Diesel Canyon AT4. I've had this truck for a year-11,000 miles. I love it. The Denali and Elevation trim looked like junk. The AT4 can't compete with the Tacoma off road but, It holds it's own off road. The Diesel pulls like a beast and the exhuast brake, on all the moutain passes I drive, is worth it's wieght in Gold. I trailer the max. capacity regularly and it's smooth sailing. I traded in my 2500HD Silverado with the vortec 6.0 for this big, little truck. Best decision I've made in a while. I had this truck on order for 8 months and Gm never accepted the order. I finally found exactly what I ordered, just off the truck that morning that I called. 1300 miles away, I jumped on a plane to go get it. Crying shame GMC discontinued the diesel. The extra $ per gallon right now is easily washed by the increase in mileage, 32+ higway, 19 trallering almost 8000 #'s. I wouldn't want the truck without it. Wouldn't want the Elevation or Denali. Diesel AT4 is the truck. I'll keep it the rest of my life barring accident. I'm sure I can get 40 years out of this truck doing 10-12k a year. The regeneration of the exhaust has never come up but, I only do a little round town driving. Most of my miles are highway and hauling a load. I've heard horror stories about regen. from city folk, commuters... You get what you aim for. If you've given it a lot of thought and the diesel AT4 seems right for you, you won't be disappointed. Good luck finding one. GM - You've a winner here. don't let it get away. Ps. Cars.com doesn't have a choice of how I use this truck for WORK. This is the second Buick I purchased at I G Burton. My salesman Dana is GREAT! He makes the whole process so easy. I can call him with any questions, and he is ALWAYS willing to help. We have refered several friends to Dana and will continue to buy and have our cars serviced there.

We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

This was my first oil change/tire rotation on my Buick Encore. I forgot to tell them that I would wait on site.The service department reacted to my request for expedited service. Car was ready in no time. Great service!

I own a 2023 Sierra 1500 Elevation equipped with the 2.7L TurboMax, and it’s been outstanding. It currently has 23,000 flawless miles. I’ll admit, I was skeptical of the 2.7 at first, but I jumped in feet-first and have never looked back. Living in Colorado, I regularly tow a 5,000-pound travel trailer through the Rockies with zero performance issues. The truck pulls confidently, handles grades with ease, and still delivers impressive fuel economy—23–24 mpg on the highway and about 18 mpg in town. I couldn’t be happier with this setup. If there is a negative to mention, that would be that after three years of ownership, the black wheels havent grown on me, and Im beginning to hate em. :) Lastly, the mpg while towing drops to 9mpg which is similar to that of a V8. All said, its been a great truck. :)

I love my 2022 GMC Canyon Elevation. The V6 engine is great. Good gas mileage, even for the way I drive it! Great comfort and very stylish. All around, just a great truck.
